My daughter has been dancing at Star Bound for 8 years and absolutely loves this studio! Miss Kendra and all of the teachers are amazing, talented and caring people. The technique that is taught is incredible and the imagination and time that is spent on their routinesis like no other. The awards this studio and its dancers bring home from competition every year is unbelievable. I love being a part of this family and have made some great friends, there is no other studio I would want my daughter to dance at and neither would my daughter. Keep being amazing SBDC!!❤️❤️

The studio is preparing for year end performance so they sent many emails to inform parents what is going on. They mentioned in their email that parents can go to one of their staff's FB (who mentioned herself as studio director on her FB's profile) to see the reference photos for the look and hair. I checked her FB and did not see anything like that so I thought she must set up the photos for friends only. I sent her friend requets and a month later she still not accepted. I came to studio and asked the front desk lady is there any other channel that I could access to see the photos (that happened 2 days before photo day). I was not sure what was wrong but the front desk lady seems very annoyed by my request, maybe she thought I was trying to complain her. At the end of the conversation, she said she will ask the director to accept my friend request. I got the email from her to say that she already talked to the director and the director already accepted and I could see the photos. I checked and the director still not doing anthing. So I replied the email and asked her one more time, sent the director a message on her FB, accessed their Instagram page but there was not much thing there. I also left a comment on the director's FB post which she set public. It took so long and no notification so I came to her post again the next morning to see any updated which I may miss and found down my comment was deleted.Since the photo day, I did not receive any email from studio about the progress of preparation for the performance or reminding for viewing class. That's why I missed my daughter's viewing session on Jun 7. I guess they already removed my email from their mailing list while my daughter is still taking class at the studio.I'm not sure why they treat me and my daughter like that. I did not argue with the front desk lady when I was talking to her, just simply asked her any other way to see the photos. At the moment she showed me the photo album on the director's FB and said to me that those photos were posted just 5mins ago. I saw the post was created 5 hours ago so I said It is not 5 mins

I danced with SBDC for many years and am beyond happy that I did. The studio and everyone in it was my second family. All of the teachers want only the best for their students and are amazing at getting you to where they know you can be. They see the best in each student and I am so grateful I was able to spend everyday at the studio bettering myself, working with my team and getting the best possible dance experience.

This is the 5th season at SBDC for our 3 girls and I can honestly say it is hands down the best dance studio we have been apart of. Miss Kendra and all the teachers at the studio are not only educated in what they do, but the talent that the studio has produced is second to none. The environment created at the studio for our kids is very much like a second home. A place of comfort and familiarity where they can be themselves and do what they love.

I am so grateful to have been apart of this studio for the past 14 years and I am proud of the students, staff and parents on how they have handled these ever changing times. The studio owner has gone above and beyond to keep my job secure throughout COVID as well as keeping our studio safe. I am so proud of the students ability to adapt to these changes while still being supported by their peers and staff. I'm so proud to be part of a dance community that is so accepting and encouraging. It makes going to work be joyful and I love seeing my students thrive in their environment.

I danced with Star Bound Dance Company for almost 12 years and had the most amazing experience. I was able to gain confidence over the years, not just in my performance but also in myself, which was thanks to the supportive and encouraging environment that the studio provided. Miss Kendra focuses on having a good team dynamic and everyone supports each other during competitions. I made many lifelong friends and amazing memories here.

This studio is like a second home to me. I have been dancing at this studio for a number of years and I could not be more happy with them. All of the teachers are welcoming and it is like a family. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcomed and accepted. The devotion the teachers put in to all of the dancers astounds me and I don't know how they do it. The staff encourages every single student to be their best dancer and self they can be. Thank you to all of the teachers who have made me feel loved and welcome from the get go all the way to my last year this year. I can say without a doubt that this I am proud to be apart of this community.

Literally never been to a more uplifting, and amazing place to not only dance, but just be with people. Teachers are funny, kind, and push you to be your best while also make you smile. I have never found a place that felt more like home. I could never regret a single moment I spent here, and wish I could go back. Everyone is so kind, and you will find a family with the dancers and teachers at SBDC.

I've been dancing with this studio for around 8 years, and I can confidently say it's one of the best things that's ever happened to me! The teachers there are incredible, and I'm so happy to consider it my second home. Due to covid and all the lockdowns, I missed dancing so much. Personally, it was more the atmosphere and positive impact from just walking into the studio, that I've missed the most! My sister and I look forward to dance class every day, and have both made friendships that will last a lifetime! I'm literally smiling while typing this because I love it so much! I 100% recommend it!

We just found out in the last month that my child's class needed more practice for their year end show which was a couple of weeks away, and that we would be required to come to (only the second parent viewing of the year) to attempt to take a video and help our kids with the dance. I was so beyond frustrated to find this out as it left us with hardly any time at all to help, and very poor quality videos as we were asked to sit in an awkward position facing the class... The communication and support at this studio is poor at best. The least they could have done from the beginning since they clearly had a plan for their routine is communicate about the struggles with the routine instead of telling the kids how great they are doing every day, and provide ONE adequate video and the music so that families could practise with the kids from the get-go as they have time. They are in a class for 4 year olds to 6 year olds. I reached out to the owner directly and she promised to send me a video that was of better quality-which never came. This studio has really affected her confidence and she won't be returning to dance next season anywhere unfortunately. Not at all impressed with the experience.
