My family and I have been patients at Tower Hill Dental for three years. It was important to me to find a dentist that would make my children feel comfortable. From the moment we walk into the office, our needs are met with compassion, respect and understanding. A trip to the dentist is fun for my children. We are always greeted with smiles and everyone who works there is friendly with both adults and children alike. Dr. Julie gives me the knowledge I need as a parent to ensure the dental health of my children. She patiently explains things to me, making me feel like I am unique and special to her, and her team. My children love going to the dentist because they know exactly what to expect - superior care each and every time. Tower Hill Dental is consistent, I can relax knowing that my experience will always be positive. Dr. Julie and her team have given my family the knowledge and confidence for healthy teeth and bright smiles.

Best dentistry I have been too! They make every experience one to look forward too with their friendliness. And they also really help you understand how more about your own teeth and how to best take care of them! From start to finish, I thoroughly enjoy my time!

My daughter went there for a regular/the simplest teeth cleaning last week and got an astonishing bill, $380+. In which $170 is for teeth cleaning and the rest is for some weird checks that my daughter never asked for, and she was not told about these MANDATORY checks before the teeth cleaning. BTW, she complained that the teeth cleaning hurts her gum so badly and she still feels painful one week later.

Worst dental clinic. worst experience.I just went as I had issues with my wisdom tooth. They had my full teeth assessment and convinced me that my last two teeth (which were already root canal) are troublesome and needs to be removed. They cut my crown that was supporting both teeth. I had my doubts since my teeth wasn’t bothering me. So I consulted another dentist and was further referred to root canal and gum specialist. All of them suggested against teeth removal. I had to go through all stress and spend money to get my crown re-done.I would not recommend this dentist.

My wife and I were patients of Dr.Eric Freeman, Emeritus professor at University of Toronto, for over 30 years. Before his retirement in 2019 he recommended Dr. Julie Bendavid for our dental works. We are highly satisfied with Dr. Julie, professional hygienists and courteous staff at this office.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Julie's dental office, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. I had been experiencing excruciating pain in my tooth and was desperately seeking immediate relief. Despite having a fully booked schedule, Dr. Julie and her wonderful staff went out of their way to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.In addition to the exceptional dental care, I found the entire office environment to be clean, organized, and well-maintained. I would like to say that I really do appreciate the help from both dentists Dr Shirley and Dr Julie. I had a toothpain for couple of weeks and Dr Shirley was amazing to give me the right treatment to try to find options to make me feel better at all times. Even though I have been there week after week, but she is very knowledgeable and finds a way to make me comfortable to find the root to the problem. One of the best dentists I have ever been too. I also really like the ladies in front Emily and Heather they are respectful and always make you laugh which makes me comfortable. I would highly recommend this place for if you you need a second opinion or just looking for a dentist. Thank you Dr Shirley and Dr Julie.

Once, to find trusted family dentistry services was a top priority for me and I can’t explain how I was satisfied after visiting Tower Hill Dental. Everybody there showed the deepest respect and desire to help me and my son feel comfortable. Later, my son attended, I believe, the best orthodontist in Richmond Hill also in this clinic. We’re happy!
