Toronto Airport Limo

I used this service last week for a trip with my one year old. I had the same driver both ways from the airport. Both times he was early, super polite and helpful. He had a baby seat installed correctly and we felt very safe. We drove home in the middle of an ice storm and still I felt safe. My baby was super cranky after a whole day if travel and the driver was patient and helpful with her. I will one hundred percent use this service again.

On time airport limo service. Courteous drivers in each direction. Cautious drivers. Overall great experience for our Hamilton > Toronto and Toronto > Hamilton service. We will use this company again and recommend you to as well.

Flaigjt was delayed, bags took forever to come. Driver waited patiently with great attitude. Car top notch. Well worth the price and then some.

I have used this limo service for almost ten years primarily to go to the airport for business and personal use. The drivers are courteous. Always on time. The vehicles are top notch. The call centre is polite and efficient. Best limo service I have ever used. Highly recommended.

Call a day before to book a reservation when the day and time no one shows up call the number no answer decide to call another one he said I had to make a reservation ahead of time I explained my situation he said he will call me back within 5 mins when I reach my destination about a day or two he is calling me telling me the driver came and I wasn't there I tell him the driver is lying why didn't he call my number he said he will talk to him that is No Good Service for the Public.

I used this service for many years and have nothing negative to say.i am surprised with some of the lesser reviews. Am I lucky?

Last minute call for airport pick up. Fantastic service, great car that was spotless. The driver was very professional and courteous. A great overall experience. I would definitely use this limo service again.

Horrible service, not reliable. Would not recommend.My partner and I booked this service on March 10th to take us to the airport. Unfortunately, they were late. Not only that, the driver continued to lie to me about how close he was. I ended up cancelling after waiting for 30 mins and had to book an Uber because I needed to make my flight.When I called to cancel, I was told I would be issued a full refund. It is currently May 3rd, no refund. I have emailed to remind them, still nothing. I have held off on leaving this review with the hopes I would have my refund by now... But I don't. Edit - After they saw this they finally paid me my refund.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The driver was sick as a dog. He sneezed and coughed all the way to the airport without a mask on and with closed windows. We couldn't believe it. He also cut the cheese.Disgusting. I was with my elderly mom and my little boy. How absolutely disrespectful of him to put us all at risk of getting sick. When we arrived, I did not tip him and when he saw that, he slammed my mom's luggage on the airport road. What nerve to expect any kind of tip..sheesh. I forgot to mention that upon his arrival at pickup, he made us wait out in the rain while he loaded the luggage instead of letting us into the truck. Horrible, horrible service from beginning to end. Out of the tens of thousands of drivers in T.O. I happened to get the worst one.

Very pleased with this company. I pre-booked pick up from Pearson easily online. Flight was delayed and our arrival was very late—3AM. This was no trouble, they were tracking our flight and our driver communicated to us that he was there while we were waiting for our luggage. We were able to walk out and get right into the limo. Very pleased I pre-booked given how late it was because there didn’t seem to be any taxis or other transportation because it was the middle of the night. I have used them a few times because I like their drivers—they are professional and drive safely, not fast aggressive like other experiences I have had.
