Let's put into perspective how incompetent some of the staff here are. I showed up for an ultrasound booked weeks in advance. The lady says x-ray?" I say no. Ultrasound. "Oh x ray". NO. ULTRASOUND. "Okay my apologies she will help you". I follow the other lady

They booked me my first ultrasound on a Saturday, great so convenient. Wrong they aren’t open on Saturdays, this was no mistake on my part as o had her repeat the day 3 times to be sure. Nothing like being 3 months pregnant crying in a prking lot because i dont get to see my baby today. Never again. Ill drive to milton before using this company again

Wasn't sure what to expect with the rating on this place but was pleasantly surprised.This was the most efficient trip to any medical establishment in my life. I was in and out for my x-ray in less than 10 minutes. All of the staff was courteous and friendly. My x-ray results were sent to my doctor in 24 hours. What more can you ask for?Based on my experience, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This will be my go to for any future requirement.Thank you.

Terrible! My family member had two appointments booked, one at 3pm and another at 5pm. We arrived for the 3 pm appointment ready to go, to be told to come back at 5pm so the specialist could just do everything at once. The old location was much better and reception knew what they were doing.

very poor service, booked my ultrasound at this place when called 1 day before to confirm the appointment, no one over the phone told that my appointment is at Cardigan street. on reaching at this place on the day of appointment they said your appointment is actually at Cardigan street. such a liar

Took my brother there for an x-ray (walk-in), and an ultrasound (by appointment). Both times were a pleasant experience as the staff were friendly and efficient.As for the location, the building and rooms are spacious. Parking is free.

I came here from 90 Wyndham because of an office relocate and was very disappointed with the customer service. My requisition was not on file and I was made to feel as though this was my fault. I was told that if they waited for my doctors office to open to get the requisition that I would be holding everyone else up. The receptionist than told me that they could fit me in for 11:30 and then within a minute said she couldn’t because it was now booked and there was nothing they could do.I would be understanding if the situation hadn’t been handled so abbrassively by the receptionist. As soon as I arrived she seemed irritated and through the whole process showed no sympathy or attempt to help. She was rude to my mother in law, my husband and myself. I specifically found an appointment in Kitchener so I did not have to rebook with this office.

I had a great experience at the Gordon st location for a 3rd trimester growth scan today. They were able to book me in last minute very quickly. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. I did not wait long at all. The ultrasound technician was super nice and funny as well and got everything needed very quickly. He also used warm ultrasound gel which is such an underrated thing and I wish everyone did that. I also got to see the baby and get a picture which definitely isn't standard across the board and was really a nice surprise. The clinic was very clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable at this location and would happily go back/recommend this clinic to any pregnant person.

The place is never open for business. There's always an excuse or sometimes no excuse at all...just closed.I haven't yet been able to set foot inside. I've been trying for three weeks.Brutally bad!

The staff at this location were mostly younger girls with an attitude. With my visit, I witnessed one staff memeber have an argument with an elderly lady as to whether she could keep her shoes on that allowed her stability and walking capabilities. I did not feel welcome at any point during my visit, other than by the in-training student who performed my scan. Would recommend a different location!
