Bought a vanity from them through Home Depot's website1) Shipment was substantially longer than originally stated.2) Was not given a tracking number when I called to ask multiple times3) Vanity came completely damaged(attached pics, looks like it was hit by a car). It could've been the shipper's fault but...4) Tried to work with them for over a week to get a replacement and was never given any timeline or information on a replacementLuckily, Home Depot was willing to accept the return. I'm not sure anything would have ever gotten accomplished if I worked with them. Very poor experience and I would never buy anything from them again.

We received our Lugano bed last week. Unfortunately, one of the slats came damaged. Megan was very good at getting a replacement piece sent out so we could finally put the bed back together. Good thing is that we don't need to put a box. The mattress sits directly on the wooden slats. Too bad they didn't have end tables in stock.

Bought a pedestal table from urban woodcraft. We got it stained to a dark finish.We had to wait longer than expected but when it arrived, the table looked stunning.The girls who work at the showroom were very helpful and even took pictures of the finish before shipping it out. We're really glad we found this store. Will be coming back for a coffee table in a couple months.

Beautiful product: poor quality controlOrdered both a stock door and a custom doorThe first stock door arrived with broken glass and the wrong pre-cut holes for the hardware. customer service did apologize, offered a discount (on our total order cost) and sent a replacement door for free.The replacement door arrived intact but the pre-cut holes were STILL wrong. We made it work. (but we’re stuck with getting rid of the broken door ourselves)The custom door was delayed, twice, but arrived intact. But the hardware was missing pieces. The rail was not one long piece but two smaller ones with an awkward joint in the middle that makes installation difficult. The floor guide provided does not work with the door.Basically if you have time to wait, and love to improvise with wrong or missing parts this is the patience building project you need.But if you’re on a deadline and follow instructions this frustrating ordeal will have you question why you need a door

These 5 stars are for the most superior door we have ever purchased. The custom door we purchased turned out to be way better than expected. We made the sale over the phone. Dominique was very patient with us as we had tons of questions. The soft closing was a nice add on as the door slides smoothly. The door did take longer than what was promised which did delay our project.

We purchased a barn door directly from Urban Woodcraft. Price was very reasonable. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had an issue of insufficient ceiling height in our basement. The staff worked with us each step of the way. Extremely responsive in all emails. It turned out perfectly. We got a lot of commendations from our friends. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this place!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We ordered two 40in double barn doors from Urban Woodcraft. The order came missing one door handle and we were sent the incorrect barn door rail. We specifically ordered DOUBLE BARN DOORS. The rail is supposed to come with two pre drilled holes at the end of the rail, which these do not.We called customer service multiple times and were given the run around. Trust the other reviews, this customer service is extremely rude and they do not know their own product. The customer sales associates we spoke to, Denise and Gloria, insisted the connector piece did NOT need the pre drilled holes. If you look at the photo I included you can see that they most certainly do. The sales associate then suggested we drill our own holes! WHAT??? You need a $800+ drill press to be able to do that.After being told they would call us back

I really love this barn door in our attic suite. Bought from Urban Woodcraft via Costco Next at a great price. Solid wood and great paint job delivered from Canada to DC. Even though the first delivery came damaged (nicked/chipped during shipment), customer service quickly setup the return shipment and sent a replacement. Installed with great precision by the same person who helped create our beautiful bathroom.

Love Love Love! We bought a sliding door for our downtown loft. Didn't realize how heavy they were. Our contractor had to install a solid wood backing to make sure the door held up ok. We got a long black metal handle to go with it. Delivery company just left everything outside our condo - which was not cool. Other than that, no complaints. We get tons of compliments

Very impressed with the quality of the piece. The store was super easy to deal with and fast on communication, even texting photos to clarify questions I had. The piece was shipped in under a week, door to door, and packaged extremely well. Zero damage whatsoever.All doors and drawers function beautifully.
