Every single time I go to this Tim’s I get a large Carmel iced coffee, with extra cream. Every single time without a doubt I have no Carmel in my drink aswell as no extra cream. Not only am I paying for a product I’m not receiving this issue has been going on for the last 5 months. I will not be back. Thankfully McDonald’s employees actually know how to make an iced coffee

No idea how or why this shows me giving a 3 star review. I was there yesterday for 90 minutes. Enjoyed my coffee and worked on my computer.I get email to review, I open it, DO NOT review and back out of the page. Yet it shows 3 stars?Setting the record straight. I would have given 4 outta 5 stars. Only because they need more outlets.

I was calmly enjoying my time in the dining room when a tall male worker with short red hair decided to freeze in his place and check me out, making me extremely uncomfortable. He stared at my chest and body unapologetically and didn’t break stare even when I moved away and out of his sight. Not the first time this has happened here, I looked at the name tag and saw it said “Liam” so ladies and feminine presenting people please be cautious he gives off big creep vibes and like I said, not the first time, I only keep my cool because of social anxiety but it is really unnerving and I am extremely disgusted by this behaviour

Extremely rude drive-thru staff, the guy had no manners and no interest in serving us. I may be stretching but at the window the way he behaved, it felt like he was ruder after seeing the color of my skin as it's a lot different from his skin color.

The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the amazing customer service of the younger staff. I don’t come to this location often but every time I do the one person who stands out to me is Brenda. Not In a good way.. I am sure she is a lovely lady outside of work however she is very rude to interact with behind the counter. I happen to sit in today to catch up on some work, and the things I heard her saying/ tone of voice used toward the younger staff is brutal! Even still they carry on with a positive attitude which is incredibly admirable. The taller gentleman working on the till was kind, personable and fast. I only spoke to him for a few moments so it really shows how much of genuine service he showed! Most of us already know how hard it is to work in the food industry and be treated rudely by customers on a regular basis. But to be mistreated and disrespected continuously from within your team is disgraceful. Furthermore I noticed regardless if my bagel is double toasted, it’s always mushy which is weird, I saw her double toast it so maybe the temperature of the toaster is off? The lady on food was super quick and friendly tho! My donut was also very soft which I appreciated so shout out to the baker!

This is by far the worst tim hortons I have been to! The wait time is always 6-7 minutes for just one coffee and that too they mess it up many times. They take forever to complete the order and the employees are very impolite and lazy. If you ask them for a straw or something little they give you so much attitude as if you asked them for money. They also never fill the cup to the top. Overall, I never had a pleasant experience at this location.

ALWAYS SO SLOOOOOOW!!!!Literally go to any other Tim’s but this. Always packed, wrapped around the whole god dam store and usually takes 20 mins-30 mins to get through the whole line… GET SOME MORE STAFF and better management that can handle a high volume store like this.

The drive through lineup here is convoluted, to say the least. And on my order today, my coffee was mixed up, the writing on my lid was for another coffee in my order. All this came after making an order on the Tim's app, in which I was told 2 items were not available after four, but still the order went through. I was told to contact Tim's, which I did. They said I have to get the refund in-store. I live in Mississauga. I was visiting Bowmanville. I like to be kissed before I get, well, you know....
