Work wise, i am sure this is a great company to work for ! They have to do something about the employees parking their personal vehicle, as there is nowhere to park !Worked for third wave for almost 5 years, and they followed a system where you pulled your bus out, parked the car in the spot, and vice- versa. If only the 20 bus drivers behind the garage are allowed to do so, there be 20 more spaces for rest of the other drivers. Please consider and recommend.

I am a parent of a student who has been driven by one of your employees for over 3 years. Our daughter has epilepsy and is learning disabled. High school is not easy for her and she does not enjoy it as much as we would like. She doesn't have many friends at a school with over 2000 students. But her every day is made better by the person who drives her to school and back home again. Robyn Ciccone greets our daughter every morning and every afternoon with a smile and a kind word. She is never late and her driving is excellent. Her bus is always clean and well-maintained. I am not sure if our daughter would want to go to school at all if Robyn was not there to drive her. We cannot say enough about what an asset Robyn is to your organization and how highly we would recommend her and your company. Thank you for having such an amazing driver. She truly makes a difference in our daughter's life and therefore in ours.

Surrey School District hired them for students. Phone number never goes through, busses are always late for drop offs/pick ups. I had to take my child off the bus and hire someone to drive them so they were at school on time as it caused nothing but anxiety for my child being super late.

• December 2022.My kid likes taking the school bus to his Elementary school. This morning the school bus drove off on my kid.My son does not like it when he misses the bus. He did not come back home … he ran off in Metro Vancouver. I called the Vancouver Police Department to report my son as missing.• Sometimes the bus driver comes too early and then drives off at the time they are suppose to arrive.• Other times the driver comes 20 late minutes late and rushes the child on the bus and say aloud how late they are.• They use to call the parent(s) to notify that the school bus is outside for the child 2022/2021, but they don’t do that anymore.

Wouldn't trust these drivers with any children they don't follow rules of the road they take out theirs phones well driving to take pictures. Not safe at all, company needs to make sure their bus drivers know the rules of the road and to follow them.

If my son didn't have to take the bus I wouldn't put him on it. This company is terrible. They change times without letting you know, change drivers without letting you know. Don't communicate with other drivers so 2 drivers show up the same time. Some drivers don't know how the heck to drive. When you call the company to ask anything the people on the other end sound like they never know what they are doing, and they never call back with answers when they say they will. If you kid lives fairly close (like 7 min) expect them to be 30-60 min or longer on the bus. (and yes my child lives close but can't walk as it's on a very busy road and not safe for him at this time). Some kids do not deal well with change and it's been a rough time with this company. There needs to be better communication especially when dealing with children. We are on year 3 of this and I am so looking forward to being done with them . ** fingers crossed we won't need them anymore**

Tremendous shortage of drivers in the whole North America created by Amazon because wage is more attractive and job is easier there.Colleagues are great and so are the office workers but top management was not ready for this year challenge.I take special needs kids to schools, two of them in wheel chairs. Some of them are not capable to wear masks.Bus is old and have a few problems. The route is just as stupid as it can be but that's what Delta School District wants. They don't care about kids but mad if teachers work 15 minutes a day more! And I can say that again: Delta school District DO NOT CARE about special needs children! Perhaps Management could do something about it but regional manager keeps her head low.We deliver the most precious cargo on Earth: children" yet we get paid same if not less as parcels deliverers. What gives? This year is by far is the most stressful and I wanted to quit a few times. Not even sure what keeps me there still?"

My boys been taking the school bus from the beginning of the school year and never really had a problem. The regular bus drivers they had are both on vacation. The temporary bus driver they sent for the afternoon was the worst bus driver I have ever heard of they were speaking in their language which my boys understand and saying bad things about them. My oldest son was in tears when he got home saying they were swearing about him in punjabi I called the office and was asking for those 2 people on the bus to call me back so I know whT happened but so far haven't heard back from the bus company.

Worst service ever. They don't differ between students with disabilities and those without. They do not work with parents regarding when kids will be picked up and would rather have children sit on a bus for over an hour than set up more busses. They are only concerned with profit. They do not call parents to let them know when the bus will show up at the beginning of the year and need to be hounded to get answers. Horrible system with horrible policies. That's what schools get for outsourcing jobs.

Terrible Bus service. Huge shortage of staff and dont worry....they wont even bother to call you, they just wont show up. You cant get through on the phone and youll go almost two weeks with out morning bus service. My daughter is special needs and attends a special program and for the first time since grade 1 is happy attending school. But not this week or last!
