This company gave us a quote . We thought it was good. They asked for $1000.00 for the engineer to make drawings. We then received another quote for $120,000.00 over the original quote. We thought this was ridiculous so we asked for our drawing which we paid for. They replied we have no official drawings". So. I ask. How can you do a quote with no official drawings ? And how can you justify the added amounts ? HmmmmmmI'm glad we did NOT. Use this company after all"

I rarely ever write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. Below is a timeline of the discussions with Prestige and I, that I've compiled from our email conversations.February 2018 - Began discussion for prefab build with our almost entire vision in place since this was our 4th construction. We were given an approximate ETA of 3-4 months.March 2018 - Constant delays so began contacting all site work contractors ourselves FOR PRESTIGE who is suppose to do that work. Met with team at prestige head office and gave $2000 deposit to confirm and ensure they prioritized our build.April 2018 - Finally got confirmation of all prices but everyone seemed to be on vacation so everything got delayed here.June 2018 - Told everything is moving forward as planned and all site contractors waiting on Prestige.July 2018 - After delays since February, we gave them a very generous hard deadline of October 20th, 2018.July 30, 2018 - received 100% confirmation by email that this hard deadline is achievableJuly 31, 2018 - We are told they will no longer do our project. As we read through the email thread, senior management mentions With low margin expected on the deal (once we add in the homebase items below)

Had a great appointment with Doug. I highly reccomend sitting with him. Very knowledgeable, so many different variances when looking at Mini Homes. You can mix and match and pretty much change everything and anything. Looking forward to speaking more in the near future!
