Great service, fairly fast to take the car in, knowledgeable technically.Estimates are always both fair able confirmed upon receiving the vehicle, never had a bad surprise.They worked well with both SGI and my insurance company (CAA). And I did appreciate the interior cleaning! The extra mile that makes the difference

We were very disappointed with the service we received from the Collision Centre. When we dropped off our vehicle we were told it would be ready in 2 days. On the 3rd day (friday) we called and were told that it wouldn’t be ready until the following Monday. On Monday when we called in we were told it wouldn’t be ready till Tuesday which was a week after dropping it off. When we picked it up on Tuesday we were told that the reason for the delay was that they had had to order more parts, no one had updated us to explain this, even when we called in to enquire about the status of the vehicle. When we did pick up the car, the battery was dead as someone had left the headlights on. Overall it was not a good experience.

My shuddle appeared fast after I dropped off my car to get a windshield replaced. Also got a follow up message from my shuddle driver later saying my windshield was done and if I wanted them to pick me up. Very fast and friendly.

I chose this collision centre, as I have a Ford vehicle, and I was hoping for as close to a factory finish as possible. Unfortunately, my vehicle was gone for 2 weeks, and the finish, while acceptable, is certainly not even close to factory (with some orange peeling on the worked areas). It should be noted that these flaws are not present on the rest of the vehicle, which, unfortunately, makes them stand out even more.

I have always serviced my 2013 F150 at Bennett Dunlop and I recently had it in the Collision Center for some body work and a new windshield. The BD team did an exceptional job and I really appreciate the interior detailing which was beyond great.

We took our vehicle in for a detail, we have 4 kids so it was a mess after winter. The vehicle was detailed to perfection. We all took our shoes off to get in when we picked it up as the floor mats looked brand new! Amazing job!

I wont recommend this place to anyone. I had a collision in Sept 2022 and took my vehicle to get the work done here. I specifically told them that AC is not working after the collission and i a got a wierd smell from ac after the collission. Didnt use the ac after this as it was winter time.Now I have moved to another province and found out in spring 2023 that ac is still not working. Took the vehicle to local dealer and they told that they have to change the compresser as its broken and its not covered. The bill will be close to $1100. I already paid $200 for diagnostics and the deductible to get it fixed in 2022. Called bennet collission about this and they said to send the pics of compresser which means i have pay another $200 to ford which they cant promise will be covered by SGI. They didnt checked it when they had my vehicle because they assumed that collision impact was not hard enough to reach the compresser. They want me to pay for diagnostics again but dont know it will be covered or not. Pethatic!
