Very friendly staff and great service. Ordered an iPhone XR but they were out of stock but took my name & number and offered to call when they came in. Got a call the next morning saying they had one for me. Ali took great care of me. He tried to find the best deal he could for me and helped me to set up the phone before I left. I left a happy and satisfied customer. I recommend Comstar to anyone looking to get or upgrade their phone service with Telus. Cheers!!

I live in the US, and recently I came to visit my family living in Canada. My uncle has been looking for a new phone, so we decided to stop by just to look around, and didn’t expect to leave as satisfied as we were. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a super friendly employee named Ali, and he continued to help us until we stepped out. Amazing and very professional customer service. Answered all questions we had, and truly convinced us both that Telus is best for my family. His enthusiasm, care, and mannerisms are everything a customer wants, and I experienced all of those from Comstar for sure! 10/10. Thank you for the amazing help!!

Ran into a cell phone issue today which was the result of me clicking onto a bait notice telling me my password needed updating. My phone was erased. I went to the Telus store on Dougal operated by Ace, who introduced me to Austin, who had me up an running in minutes.Thank you very much.

I switched phones yesterday and I entered a new student plan. The workers here carry a high-degree of professionalism and are very understanding. The process of switching out phones was quick and painless, and I was very satisfied with my new device. Very well done.

Honestly Fawzi made the scary process of upgrading my phone so easy! He is absolutely hilarious and amazing to deal with and made sure I got the best price possible!
