We got our fireplaces serviced by Tri County every year, and every year they have not shown up for the scheduled appointment. And every time they’ve not shown up, they never took any ownership for the mistake. When we expressed our disappointment this year for another missed appointment and that we’re going to look for another company to service our fireplaces the owner said “okay” and expressed no desire to keep our business. As a business owner myself, I found this very disrespectful, after all of the revenue I’ve given the company. Two fireplaces installed, plus servicing of both fireplaces every year for 6 years.

We had a new Napoleon Gas Fireplace Installed by them as well as all new piping and chimney cap. We were very happy with their work! Professional and they cleaned up very well. Highly Recommend.

Got a new fireplace installed and it is so beautiful! Kevin was and continues to be responsive to questions and providing quick solutions when needed. Everything was completed within given timeline with other local companies who all did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Tri County Brick!

I’m going to leave a 5 star review with the hopes that this constructive criticism makes it to the driver. If you’re going to park dead center of the road with an SUV blocking the right side and a bunch of construction 2x4s blocking the left please don’t get upset if I can’t drive past you. I waited patiently while you did your job while you had the nerve to tell me I’m blocking traffic. After waiting for 20 minutes you’d decided you’re going to reverse instead of drive forward then came out to yell at me to move the right. I can’t read minds, I don’t know what you want me to do. Please don’t use your 18 wheeler truck creeping in reverse a bully tactic to have drivers to move over. Everyone is having a bad day in April snow. Not just you.

Very unprofessional. After a simple question about scheduling causing the boss to seem agitated I suppose clarifying and communication is not this companies strong suit. If you can't handle a few questions as an owner why are you in business?

I have purchased two Napoleon gas fireplaces in the past and love them. Just had an outdoor Napoleon round patio natural gas fireplace installed. They unscrewed my wood deck and ran the natural gas line under my deck and reinstalled the boards. It looks amazing. Very clean and professional. Keep up the great work Tri-County.

I would recommend Tri-County Brick to anyone. I dealt with Kevin and he's friendly, efficient, and tuned in to his customer's needs and concerns. My fireplace was installed on time and the installers were great. The price, when compared with two other companies, was reasonable and the product was just what I had expected. There was a small issue (that I caused myself) but Kevin took care of it quickly and effectively. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I certainly would. It's rare to find such excellence in customer service and I couldn't be more appreciative.
