When I first got the loan, staff was extremely nice and helpful. But god forbid you get sick with covid while you’re living on a single income, then the harassment starts. Even if you explain to them a million times why you missed a payment, and when you can pay. They’ll pretend they’re going to help and then take money that you don’t have from your account to screw you over even more. I will never use this company again or suggest to anyone I know again. Also, the staff will make you feel like a horrible person for taking a loan in the first place, and for having difficulty paying one time. I’ve never been to a worse loan place. If you want to experience loan sharks go to them.
