Ok first time here and I was trying out some barbers/hairstylists around the Cobourg downtown area. I’ve rated this quite high in almost all aspects.Was greeted in a friendly manner, communication was good for what I was thinking on for my hair style, and the price is very economically good.The owner/stylist washed and cut my hair for $25. That is pretty good considering that some don’t shampoo/condition your hair and if they do, your around $15 or so more.I’m hoping I’m spelling her name correctly (Sunita) , but she did a good job and I watched her paying attention to detail! I like that the most from her. I’m going to return and use this business offset for my haircut between here and Barbers on King.Oh it is super clean inside and kept well.Cheers,Chris

Sonita has been cutting my hair since John retired a few years ago. She is great at what she does and offers a suberb cut at an affordable price. I Highly recommend Rays Salon for your next trim.

refused to give my son a haircut. he is autistic and 3 1/2. i have been to this salon many times but never in my life have i been so offended. i don't believe what this woman did was even legal. i felt more hurt than offended actually.

If it's the same woman I remember who cut my hair when I was 15 I have to give it to her she's the only one iv ever remembered it was an amazing cut ... and I'm going to cm tomorrow morning.

Great place to get your haircut. Always reliable and do a good job, especially the lady who works there by herself (sorry I forgot your name). Been going here for 6 years now and even when living in Toronto always came here to get it done. Moving away now, so just wanted to give a recommendation. Also that $20 tip was not a mistake!

Walked in at the right time and got an amazing haircut for under 30$. Friendly and experienced. Will return.

Excellent place! Sunita is a great stylist and I'm always happy when she does my hair. Prices are very reasonable.

The owner did my hair. Just showed a picture and she did it perfectly. Also always have my eyebrows done there (waxing or threading). Can't beat the price. Less than $40 for both. Going back for a colour next week.

It’S ONLY HAIR It WILL GROW BACK!!When I asked for a cut that was easily done, the stylists had failed it hard.I had called after a few days to tell them how unhappy I was with the cut.In hopes perhaps I could get a free styling on the cut or even a tax free cut next time around...I had long hair wanted it to be cut to collar bone, but got hair cut to under my chin (during the cut I had said to the hair dresser. Wow that cut was way to short. Her reply was, ‘well I got to keep going now!)After a few days and some tears I decided to call the salonWhen talking about my hair to the owner,She repliedIt’s only hair it will grow back!!You paid for a service and that’s it.
