Poor customer service. Bought a Ghost of Tsushima PS5 game disk. Turns out that they sold me a PS4 CD in a PS5 box. Went back to the store next day to change the CD. Well the guy replaced the disk and looked at me like that’s fairly a common occurrence. I asked what about the inconvenience you caused me and he said he cannot do anything about it.This guy ruined the game experience for me. I’m all mad starting this game now.This is the last time I’m buying anything at GameStop.

The staff weren't that friendly. Never even greated us. Tried to get some support but no one was available for about 25 mins so we left.

This place is actually not bad at all, just depens on the workers and the workers i was with are fine, i bought ufc 3 from the store and the minimum negativity from the worker was that he said it was an older game than the next gen ufc and it was just an opinion, honestly there was nothing wrong with his opinion at all though! Service is not bad at all he focused on getting out what i asked about and showing what it looked like,I've been going there for so long and only saw a negative worker that got easily distracted back in 2007

Sometimes customer service can leave room to be desired. The customer card" service is a joke. It is just a way for the company to push their own magazine onto you for a discount and a commonly expected level of customer service. If you don't buy the magazine but want to keep your platinum status

I prefer not to go to social media for problems with purchases, but I have run out of options.I purchased an Xbox from mall stone road store in Guelph. I made the mistake of thinking it was a ship to home as I live 2 hrs away. After I made the purchase I realized it was not. YesIYes, myemy mistake. I emailed customer service asking to reverse/refund my order. They told me to reach out to the store. So I did. The lady was very nice to deal with but said she's never had to deal with a refund online. She said she emailed head office and It should be refunded soon. It was not so I called back. She said to call their head office. I called their head office and a machine tells me they are not open(I'm assuming due to covid) and to email. Ok no problem I understand. I emailed. No reply. Emailed again a few days later to ask if anyone's looked at the email, still nothing. I originally placed the order July 18th, it is now Sep 6th and still have not received my refund. I've always bought from eb games. Not anymore.

Went in to buy crisis core ff7 for series x. They had cases for it all over the shelves. They MUST have it, ya? Nope. So if you don't have it, stop advertising like you do. Young girl there gave me attitude when I said they should take the cases off the shelf if they don't have any copies to actually sell.

From EBGames, to EBX, to gamestop regardless of the name the staff are always friendly and willing to talk. With all the games and collectibles available, I enjoy both purchasing and window shopping here. They have something for just about everyone and they'll even hold certain items for you upon request (within reason).

Jaden was top notch in dealing with the crazy fun of pre-orders and pre-payments. Kept his sense of humour, while working through a glitch, actually the whole group there were calm cool and collective. Great experience!

It had been a long time since my last experience, so I took a chance and went in to look for a few games for my Switch, and some Magic: the Gathering product I couldn't find at my usual place.The service I've received here in the last few months has been fantastic. Each time I'm in staff and been friendly, and have been genuinely interested in helping. Even if they weren't able to get me the result I wanted, the fact that they tried and seemed legitimately disappointed for me meant a lot.Unfortunately the only name I've gotten is Lee, who I was told is the assistant manager. Buddy told me I need to buy an extra controller to get the god of war bundle. Totalling 8xx plus tax. That's false advertisement.
