I had a terrible experience with fresher cleaning. No one showed up for my appointment and when I called their help line (once 30 minutes after the appointment and again an hour after the appointment) to find out if the cleaners were even coming, they let me know they would find out their ETA and call me back. They never called me back.A couple days later I received an email that I had a new appointment (did not ask for one) so I called the help line to cancel it. This time no one answered, I called 6-7 more times to cancel the appointment with no luck. I finally just emailed them to explain the entire situation, expecting a response back but never did.The cleaners didn't show up to either scheduled appointment and I never received an email apology or anything. They have a bunch of claims and guarantees on their website about customer service and I received the opposite.Terrible customer service. I gave one star because I had to, but would actually give them zero.

Used these guys after the Takeover by 604 maids and they were awesome. Definitely recommend them for your house cleaning needs.

Really great service from Fresher Cleaning! The girls were on time and did a thorough job cleaning my bachelor apartment. I was moving out and had them clean my place for inspection. It passed without any issues due to the fine work. A real time saver for me as I was busy with work and didn`t have time to clean my place before moving. Highly recommend this company! Great job!!

Heard a lot of good things about them from a trusted friend and took a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of detail the cleaners paid to cleaning my bathroom, which I must admit was the farthest thing from clean when they came. Now it's as good as new. Will no doubt refer them to my friends.

Booked for a Saturday. Confirmed for a Sunday. Got an E-mail saying they had been trying to get a hold of me and it was urgent. And to check the number I gave them. I did, it was accurate. Apparently they lack basic reading skills as well as basic comprehension. The urgent message was to let me know they had a last minute cancellation. They wanted to reschedule. That was not possible since I had an inspection. The said they would try to get someone over and that they would keep in touch. Through the week I got a couple more e-mails saying they were looking forward to meeting me and confirming the time for the Sunday and all that jazz. Two hours before they scheduled cleaning, I receive another e-mail saying they received MY cancellation request. I sent no such thing. There is a $70 fee for cancelling within 24 hours and they better not try to keep me on the hook for that. Fortunately the immense rage is coming useful while I do the job they were supposed to.Hugely unprofessional scam artists. I am furious with their conduct.

We were pretty desperate for a cleaning service and decided to go with Fresher Cleaning for a move out service and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their work. My place was spotless after they left and I passed the move out inspection. I recommend giving Fresher Cleaning a call if you need move out services.

Loved the service that I got from these friendly ladies! The apartment hasn't been this clean in who knows how long. Will definitely be coming back to hire them again.

Excellent house cleaning service. Arrived right on time, cleaners were polite and friendly and a joy to have around my home. Would recommend to anyone who needs maids to help around the house.
