Top of the line appeared to be good at first when they came to the house. They got our furnace running, saying that there was a 400$ part they needed to order and they'd order it and install it once it was in. They charged us in the call out, which we paid expecting them to keep their word. They never ever showed with the part, nor did they give us our money back after repeated requests.I would NEVER use this company again...

Doug’s crew installed air conditioner to my upstairs unit a few years ago, it was not blowing out as cool air during the heat wave, I paid for services for his staff to come out on weekend to repair, I came across original receipt and Doug honoured his 3 year warranty on labour, parts, everything….honest business man, impressed with his professional staff and business ethics.

Great service. They arrived in less than 30 minutes. Technician found the problem quickly and fixed it fast. When your furnace isn't working and it's -20 you appreciate the quick service. Not a fan of the $20 truck charge, what do you expect, he should walk here! You have to use the truck anyway so it is just another way of padding the bill.That is why I took one star off.

We recently had a plumbing issue and within a short amount of time had a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable Top of The Line service rep at our house. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the price was affordable! I would definitely recommend Top of the Line Plumbing to anyone!

Highly recommend this company , our office lost it’s AC a couple weeks ago and they had a tech over fixed the problem in no time , we even had a bee problem in our furnace room and it didn’t bother the tech one bit he worked within a few inches from the nest and didn’t complain or anything!! I gave these guys a call about a furnace quitting at night on a weekend. The person answering the phone offered troubleshooting advice that resolved my issue and saved my house on a very cold evening. I will be sure to direct business to them going forward.

We woke up in the middle of the night to no heat on one of the coldest days of the year. We called Top of the Line first thing in the morning and Doug was able to promptly come and look at our furnace. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose and fix the issue. We would use them again.

My daughter who lives in a 100 year old house in Moose Jaw was having major issues with her bathroom. Twice she had a plumbing company from Moose Jaw come out and they only provided a bandaid solution. I suggested we call Doug at Top of the Line Plumbing in Regina to see if he could help. Doug and his contractor drove to Moose Jaw, assessed the situation and came up with a plan. We decided to have the entire bathroom replaced. Doug sourced all the materials needed for the project and between Doug and his contractor, the project was completed properly and beautifully. My daughter is thrilled with her new bathroom. And, her dog who is terrified of men, fell in love with the contractor. Good job Top of the Line plumbing - I would highly recommend them!
