I encouraged Jeff to raise his prices, as his lot is always jammed with vehicles. He is obviously very popular, knowledgeable, reliable. When I first found him I thought I would have him all to myself hidden away in the wilds of Exeter rd. Wish you all the best Jeff.

While travelling up north (6 hours from my destination), I experienced vehicle trouble and was recommended to go to XM (by Nick from Kal Tire). They got me in straight away and back on the road very quickly. I can't express how much I appreciate Jeff (sp?) and his team for the kind and quick service. They helped me get to my 'Christmas in July' with my family and I am forever grateful! Thank you!!!

After being in a accident Jeff got me in to get me up and mobile. As I live on Vancouver island I wasn’t sure if I was going to get home for Christmas he went above and beyond as he has done many times for me and all of his customers. Can I give these guys 10 stars! We limped into 100 Mile House and showed up to XM Auto around 4pm. The error code included dozens of possible issues. One of their mechanics took our car and managed to mimic the issue with their reader and had successfully diagnosed a faulty fuel pump. The owner called in the part at 4:45 to Kamloops, offered us a ride and recommended a hotel. 8am the next morning the part arrived and they managed to swap the part. Very reasonable price and excellent staff. Thank you for saving us Jeff & Shane!
