They treated us like royalty, such a great family run business. My wife has been a nail biter for most of her life and Danny took the time to create nail beds for her so she could get her first ever manicure. She loves it! No better service elsewhere I guarantee it.

First time going here and honestly the manicure is very messy. Not evenly painted on the nail, chunky spots, jagged edges in some places, nail polish also on my skin. Dissapointed.

I looked on the website and acrylic nails were $45. I booked my appointment and turns out to be $70. I still decided to go because I already made the appointment and I’ve read the reviews and they seemed to be worth it, but they weren’t. The guy that did my nails didn’t cut my cuticles and he didn’t file under my nails once the acrylic was placed. I had to ask because it was chunky underneath and uncomfortable. I didn’t notice at first, but when I got home, my nails were also very bumpy; either from drilling the acrylic or the application. Within two days, a nail was already lifting at the base of my nail and I wasn’t rough with my nails at all. Within a week, the rest started to lift at the base and I ended up removing them myself. I hate writing bad reviews, but I don’t want someone else to pay a ridiculous amount for poor quality. (I got regular acrylic nails with a French tip design)

Trina is excellent. I have used her services for years and she is always professional and always listens to my needs and does exactly what I requested. The salon is super clean and well decorated. The massage chairs have many settings to choose from. I highly recommend this nail salon. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

First time going to this salon and personally, I had a really good experience. Trina made them very even and smooth. Friendly and welcoming staff. Interior is cute and well kept up with, so the environment is clean. Would come back if I stop by Orléans again!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS!! They are so pretty and I am obsessed. Also got a very nice discount which was very kind of them. It was me and my friend’s first time ever getting our nails done, and this was a fantastic first experience. HIGHLY recommend Hennessy nails if you are interested in getting your nails done!!

I have been to this nail salon before and the service was fine but not today. I specifically booked an appointment (only for a shellac pedi) days in advance as I have a small baby at home. I arrived 5 minutes early and still only got service 30 minutes past my appointment time. A lady without an appointment had walked in for a manicure while I was waiting and she got attended to before I did which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.The older lady doing my pedicure was very slow and lazy. I told her to please clean my feet thoroughly but she didn't put any effort into it. When it was time to paint my nails, I had selected a white color and she had trouble putting it on and managed to mess one nail with the shellac drying device so the man working there took over for her. He too had a hard time and for some reason they seemed stumped by the white colour. In the end I got a terrible looking pedicure and for the first time I walked out of a place without tipping because I felt after I paid $56 bucks, I should have not had the experience I had. I had to take pictures because this was truly a bad experience.

I've been to this location 3 times and today was my last time. I was very happy with my nails the previous times I have been to this location. When the lady was clipping my dry skin on my hands she ripped off skin on a few fingers, which led me to bleed. It was painful and it still hurts. It doesn't seem that they sanitize their equipment either.

I visited the salon and requested Trina do my nails. She was fantastic, super sweet and sociable. She did a great job and confirmed with me that I enjoyed the shape, length and colour.
