I bought this couch just under 2 years ago and all the cushions are falling apart. The cushions are pilling at the seams. I called customer service to voice our concerns about a year ago as I bought warranty. Note: when I purchased warranty, I had concerns about the seams tearing and was told that it would be covered no problem if a problem was to arise. Back to my call, I was denied the claim. Last week, I had been in contact with an employee at the store who told me that them denying the claim was unacceptable and to refile a claim as it should be covered. I got denied again. I spoke to customer care and he told me that I was wrong and that my seams were not pulling, that the couch was just ripped. He said he agreed with the technician and I couldn’t do anything. After speaking to another person, I was told that vinyl was not covered in the warranty and that I’d have to spend almost $200 on cushion covers to hide the problem. I’m not sure why I was sold warranty if my coach cannot be covered. I had asked the customer care rep that and they didn’t seem to care. My experience with customer care was awful. The first man was very rude. Secondly, the couch quality is terrible and the fact you spend so much money buying one and they won’t fix a problem that arises within a year of buying it is absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointed. Sketchy sales practices. I bought some furniture prior to getting possession of my new house and I was GUARANTEED that if I changed my mind once I got posession for whatever reason I would get my money back without hassle as long as it wasn't delivered. I wasn't sure about the purchase but this GUARANTEE was the only reason I went through with the purchase at that time. Turns out the furniture would not be a good fit for the space and I do not want it. I have not taken possession of it and now they want me to pay 10%. Very frustrating. Very scammy business practice.

Sales people were great. We bought a Kong size mattress and bed frame, spent almost 5k in the store. Assembled the bed and put the mattress on top and there was a 6 inch gap between the bed and mattress at the bottom end and a 3 inch gap on the side. I do know there needs to be a little space but this bedframe had drawers underneath and they drawers were showing and it looked awful. I called their service number, the rudest person on the planet answers the call, I told her everything above she said well that's your opinion. I tried to reason with this monstrosity of a costumer service rep, and she continued with her absolutely ridiculous attitude. Now I'm going to put these pictures here and please tell me if this is my opinion". Never going there again that's for sure. Mind you the bed didn't look like that when purchased it and when I spoke to the sales rep he told me that they replicated the bed and mattress combo and they didn't see that.Top all that off with the fact that the sales manager sold us a floor model mattress which in his words he wasn't supposed to sell but we took it for convenience since we were picking it up ourselves and the mattress turned out to be so hard and my wife cannot sleep on it and we only slept on it once and it's standing upright in our corridor now. So we literally flushed 5k $ down the drain."

Went to look at a couch for our basement. The service was great right from when we entered the store. Mannu was our sales person and even jumped on the sofa to show his point on durability. We ended up buying 2 sofas rather than a sectional.

I came in Regent Winnipeg Ashley store for the 1st time today and felt like home! I was welcomed by a friendly staff who offered his help without any pressure. As a result, in 10 min, I bought a couch set from clearance in half a price! And it's only $150 a month for 12 months without any interest! They will deliver it in 3 days, right before my birthday! Ashley is my only choice now!

I recently visited Ashley HomeStore and was surprised by the lack of uniqueness and pushy sales staff. The layout of the store was identical to other locations I have visited, and the models of furniture were the same as well. While the furniture itself was of good quality, I was disappointed to see that there was nothing new or exciting to catch my eye.The prices at the store were medium to high range, and while the quality of the furniture may justify the higher prices, I still felt that some of the items were overpriced. Additionally, the sales staff was pushy and aggressive in their approach, making me feel uncomfortable and rushed during my browsing. I understand that the goal is to sell products, but I would have preferred a more relaxed and informative approach.Despite these issues, the overall experience at the store was satisfactory. The staff was knowledgeable about the products and provided helpful information when asked. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The furniture was presented in an attractive way, and it was easy to envision how it would look in my home.In summary, I did not purchase my furniture from this store and although deals made it cheaper the products seemed overpriced. Furthermore, each location had similar or identical units just setup differently. The prices were on the higher side, and the pushy sales staff made me feel uncomfortable. However, the knowledgeable staff and well-organized store made the overall experience satisfactory. If you're in the market for high-quality furniture and don't mind a pushy sales approach, this may be the store for you.

We were returning customer's to this specific Ashley location, but our most recent visit/purchase was fantastic. Not only were we very impressed with the sale happening and the prices, our experience was elevated by being in the hands of our sales associate, Brenda K. She was personable, patient with us, honest and eager to help with any of our questions. Not once did we feel pressured by her. She made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable! Her knowledge and kindness went a long way. I would recommend this location to anyone and if Brenda's boss see's this.... she deserves a day off. ;) Thank you!
