The best parking spot for people visiting US Visa Appointments, it’s located right in front of the US embassy(225 Simcoe St)As I read in other reviews, I followed location to63 St.Patrick Street to locate this parking lot. $10 for an hour & $20 for the whole day. Much affordable on weekends. Payment machines are available in the elevator room. When you exit the elevator, you’ll find the queue for people waiting to enter US embassy.

One of the cheapest parking in Toronto. I found this on spothero app. It was $5 for 12 hours on a weekend.

My husband parked here for the first time. When he entered the parking lot there was no bar or ticket station. He then found the ticket station close to elevator, but nothing on the ticket saying it’s need to be prepaid and displayed on dashboard. This was his first time visit and he thought he can pay it when he leave. After he was done with his errands he came back and paid 20 at the station (he only parked a bit over an hour, and 20 is good for the day), however there was a fine ticket of almost 96!!! He called and explained, they changed the ticket to 20 but refused to cancel it. So he ended up paying 40 for just a bit over an hour parking. It’s not a good experience at all!!! They should post the guidance on multiple places especially on the parking ticket itself so first time visitors know what to do.

Prices are great but they’ll ticket you for $86 even if you follow the parking instructions.I was able to get the ticket canceled by going to their website and sending a photo with both receipt and ticket so make sure not to lose your receipt(It took about three days to get the confirmation email that it had been canceled so the sooner you dispute it the better)

Best prices in the area, especially on weekends. Pay machine is on the ground level and by license plate, it's all pre-pay.You don't need to leave your ticket on the dash since they have your plate. But if you do want to extend , you need to come back near the end of your time bock to buy another ticket - otherwise you're double-paying for time.Takes a very long time to verify credit cards - close to a minute.

Good parking place if you have an appointment at US consulate in Toronto just park and step out you see the Consulate, we had small kids whom we took along and it was so easy

If you are going to the US consulate office, this is a very convenient place. Only 2 minutes walking distance from the office.

Super close to our hotel, super cheap for Toronto weekend parking, clean and well watched! My go to whenever I am in this neck of the woods!
