We normally always shop at this location and bring our dog, never any issues.Today I was standing at the counter, two employees were there and not one looked up or said hello. One was working and other on her phonr. When I asked for help, one girl rolled her eye's but the other did help out. I was not very impressed.

Nice store and friendly staff, but much smaller with a more limited stock ( at least for cats) compared to the Harwood location.

Great pet store that holds my dogs food brand Acana. It's easy to see that the employees all love animals in there and are always happy to see people who bring their dogs in. The store is kept very clean and well organized. They have many different food brands for cats, dogs and other household pets. Plenty of toys and treats to choose from as well.

I've been a customer for over a decade, and even though it's now more than a 30 minute drive, they have my business for life. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who clearly enjoy what they do, especially the four-legged staff. Every time I have a strange request, like when I wanted to track down a new version of my dog's favourite toy, I give them a call and they know exactly how to help. The store has a bright, cheerful atmosphere and my dog and I enjoy every visit.

Great selection of products. However, the staff there doesn’t follow the return policy stated at Global’s website.
