Stopped in to pick up a box spring for my granddaughter that we had ordered a couple of days earlier. Quick and easy, we were out again in just a few minutes. Very happy.

Derek Morrisseau was great. From my first visit last week, showing me different options for furniture, to this week when he walked myself and wife through it all again. Once we chose our items, he made the sale quickly. Explaining the extra warranty, the delivery process. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I have absolutely no problem having him be my sales rep in the future.

I interacted with Jasmine today and she was exceptional and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions very well and pleasantly showed me around the store. I made a purchase today and happy about it.

I had been looking online for dining room tables. I checked a lot of local places and found one I thought I liked on The Brick's website. So on a whim I drove on over. My salesperson (I think Erica but to be fair I didn't ask and I'm sorry about that) informed me that it was not out on display. But we took the dimensions and looked at tables that were close. She helped me recognize that what I thought I wanted wouldn't work for me. They had one on clearance that was a display model, had some scratches and dings, and was way bigger (but only came with two chairs). I sat at it for a while and liked the feel. I asked if I could just wander the store and ponder, and she happily left me to think. I wandered the store a bit, came back, sat down again, and decided I'd take it. She was super helpful and made it a great experience (plus a great deal on the table).Also, when I came to pick it up, the delivery guys were also super helpful. They already had the table and chairs wrapped up. The table had the legs on it so I asked if they'd remove it, they said they would and it'd take about 5-10 min. When done, they loaded everything up and we drove away.Got it home, fit the space perfectly, and I have zero regrets about my experience!
