Been working here for over 2 years now and have loved almost all of it. It's hard work, but the pay is good. The equipment is constantly being updated and improved as well as the new equipment they regularly buy. With the constant expansion it's very easy to move up the ladder with hard work, dedication and a safety mindset. The crew at VanMars are some of the best people I've ever worked with.
