Mountain Warehouse
The store staff was very impolite and made us feel like we were wasting their time. They didn't show any interest in helping us, and there was virtually no eye contact or any sort of engagement. When we thanked them, they didn't respond at all, which was very rude. The staff's body language and attitude conveyed a strong message that they didn't want to be there and were not willing to assist us. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this store.

Prices are low but you get what you pay for. Most items won't last more than a few uses. Merino clothing is scratchy and shrinks when washed

LOVEDDD THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HERE!!! I came in looking for winter gloves that have both warmth and tech friendly features and this amazinggg SMART associate called K recommended layering 2 gloves! A tech friendly merino wool + soft mitten one that has a flap. What a genius!! Was such a great deal too!!!

First time buying from Mountain Warehouse. I can honestly say that their products are fantastic and the price is much more reasonable than other competitors with the same quality. Shipping was very fast and customer service was very efficient and helpful! Highly recommend!

A bigger store with more stock and variety would be wondetful.That said this is a great store with good quality clothing at reasonable prices. Great place to shop fir outdoor wear. Also, their sales are awesome.

A bit crowded with the holiday crowd and staff weren’t readily visible other than the nice cashier person. Decent sale at the time helped offset any negatives.

Warmest shirt I own (Merino wool, light weight) was purchased here and was surprisingly on sale! I wasn't able to try it on in-store, but it fit perfectly. Store is quite small, but I look forward to exploring it more.

I admire great customer service from them. Especially the old lady at the counter took enough time to register me for the card though the queue was too long. I appreciate the patience she had while doing her work. Other staffs were also helpful. They usually have discounts and sale, so you will find good quality material products in affordable price.
