Still Water installed a water softener for my family in our brand new house in Port Perry. When I called Matt had the same recommendation as everyone else but some how the quote was way less then everyone else. Half the price of some. Installation was so quick, no mess was left and the final product looks professional installed as it should. I am glade I chose Still Water and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We purchased the Excalibur filtration system and have been using it the past few weeks. We’re happy with it as we noticed no more dry skin and the water tastes better. If you're looking for water treatment equipment and service, don't waste your time looking anywhere else!!! We had a total of 5 well known companies attend our house for assessment and quotation for our well water treatment problems and it is UNBELIEVABLE how fear mongering and dishonest they all were, trying to convince us we needed to spend tens of thousands to fix our issue. We were at our wit's end, when, in came Matt from Still Water, who took the time to explain how everything in our treatment system operated, performed thorough testing of our water, pressure and flow, all on site.....he took the time to seek a second opinion from a colleague while I was present to ensure they came to an agreement on the root cause and best and most affordable resolution. Still Water gave absolutely NO pressure, NO lies, NO badgering phone calls. They were always incredibly friendly and available to answer all of our questions when we called, and promptly ordered our new equipment and set up installation once we were ready. Still Water revamped our well water treatment system, removing multiple old parts and installing a new Iron Filtration System, ozone generator/water treatment system, as well as a Reverse Osmosis system with a specialized three-way faucet for us. From start to finish, from quotation to payment, install to clean up, these people were an absolute breeze to work with, and gave us pure confidence that we selected the absolute best vendor in the business! A single day after installation, I'm proud to say my food operation nailed a 100% Durham Region Health Inspection and the Inspectors were most impressed with the system we had on site, particularly the ozone. Thank you Matt, Walter, and everyone at Still Water for everything you did to help resolve our problem. You NAILED it, turning this super stressful situation into a smooth and easy one. I recently had a well installed, I took my water sample in for a free test to see what water treatment equipment I would need. Matt was excellent, completed the tests and determined my water was good and I didn't need any treatment, very honest. In the end, I bought a UV treatment system because the banks" want it if you are selling your property and again
