Pharmasave Kelowna

Was verbally berated for buying a student bus pass. Will be going somewhere else for my personal needs. Saying I didn't look like a student... pretty discriminatory, staff needs to mind their own business.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable unless you look homeless or less fortunate according to their standards. Its unfortunate they are so biased, because pharmasave has great prices, along with their points system.

Bob, the pharmacist at this location is EXCELLENT! He is the most knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! And his customer service is beyond excellent! I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacist! And also a shout to all the staff especially Tina and Charlotte! THANK YOU for all that you do!

Pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. I had a simple question and was treated like I was bothering them. After condescendingly answering me, there was no effort to suggest other possibilities. LONDON DRUGS is THE BEST PHARMACY IN TOWN. Don't waste your time here.

The pharmacy rates higher than than its competition. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Very thorough explanation of meds. Just as an added bonus, when I go to the counter, I'm greeted by my first name

Extremely rude employee. I was texting on my phone, and the employee yelled at me saying i am not allowed to take pictures in the store and told me to leave.

Worst store ever. I have been disappointed more that I’ve been pleased with this store. With all the drug stores in Kelowna, there’s no need to disappoint yourself. I know I won’t be back.

Let me say that their staff name Lily is a rude, unfriendly and unhelpful employee. I was looking for a Christmas present in the store and all of a sudden I saw her behind me, like really close. So obvious that she was staring at me. As a person working in the customer service industry, I knew right away that moment that she was just judging me. That I will go to steal something. She didn't even ask me if I am looking for something specific or if I need help. I felt uncomfortable and just bought my bus pass and left. I will not come back 100 percent. Rude employee.

The store is clean, the prices are fair. They have a points system for store gifts , so make sure to give them your phone number when you check out. They have the most adorable selection of specialty gifts and home decor. Whoever is picking those out, to order for this store, has outstanding taste. The items in the decor section are absolutely perfect for souvenirs and gifts for family and friends. And for cute decor accents for your home also. They allow small dogs inside as long as they are on a leash. I especially appreciate this in the summer, so I can walk my puppy to do errands. The staff is always smiling, they are courteous and knowledgeable. I especially love the manager at the post office. She is helpful, polite and funny. She’s always smiling and laughing and making others smile. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable . I always get the right answer from the post office manager about my packages. I am also aware that there is only so much they can know about the location of parcels not tracked vs tracked packages. I don’t even mind the long line to the post office, during Christmas rush, because she lights up the room was her great vibes and friendly cheer. I’m not sure why they would ever get less than five stars on reviews… Actually I can’t think of anything but five stars plus for every category for this store. Perhaps they should choose “tracked” packages. ;) Everyone I know loves this store. I will definitely continue to shop here for years to come. Out of all the drug stores in town, I definitely 100% recommend this drugstore, as the absolute best. Other drugstores in Kelowna should make their training manuals from how your staff runs this store. Thank you everyone for making my trips to this store, so wonderful and so pleasant. I really appreciate it ❤️

Numerous times i have had issues with employees being completely useless while dealing with Canada post.Every single time they have never had any answers.Can't stand going here.
