I had such a great experience with Tatiana during my first Reiki session! She provided an understanding of the different chakras and their meaning, helped me arrive at some of the core issues I’ve been struggling with and set my intentions for growth, and used her soothing energy techniques towards healing. I’ve never felt more relaxed and realigned. Highly recommend her services!

I discovered Toro Holistic Health about 3 years ago, I am honestly so grateful this place exists. The staff is lovely, helpful and very sweet. The place is super cosy and makes you forget you're in the chaos of the old port as soon as you enter it. Tatiana is a gem, she really hears out my needs and does everything in her power and with her knowledge to enlighten, help, energize and contribute to my healing journey. If you've never tried reiki, or a holistic approach to getting better, I recommend going to Tatiana!

I absolutely love this centre. I started with acupuncture with Kelsey - and it has been extraordinary. She really takes the time to find out what's going on and then find the appropriate protocol for the ailment.Because of this positive experience decided to explore their other services - i.e. Thai yoga massage with Tatiana. And it was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.Give this centre a try. You deserve it.
