Muskoka Jewellery Design
Went here because my partner and I both loved the nature inspired engagement rings that we saw on the website and were excited to try rings to inspire a custom design. When we walked in there was a woman who was vacuuming the carpet who abruptly stopped and walked to the back of the store. There were two other people talking loudly (who I thought at first were other customers). My partner and I walked around the whole store and were not greeted by anyone. We left thinking I guess they don't want our money.

I didn't buy anything from them, but I went in to see if they could fix the tight hinge on my Ray-Bans. They did so while I waited and without charge. Great service! In future, if I need any jewellery, I'll be coming here.

Muskoka Jewellery Design
When my gold neck chain broke I took it there for repairs. The owners have a friendly border collie that will greet you if you let it. There's a bearded guy in the back that does all the settings, sizings, and repair stuff. Great eyes and exceptional hands allow him to do the work. Not only did he repair the broken link, he also went over the entire chain tightening up wherever he thought it might break in the future. A really nice touch. And it only cost $40.

Had my wife's rings sized at Muskoka Jewellery Design. The did a fantastic job, can't even tell where they sized it and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for the amazing work. Highly recommend their service. A++ Service!

Went in for a look see ...and found a great Xmas present for my wife- a fox ring.They didn't have her size- so they custom made it- and shipped it out 10 days later. The staff was very friendly and helpful.My wife loves the ring!!

Went in 10 minutes before close, I really hate to be that guy, but I knew what I was after and the gentleman there was fantastic! Helped me out, was super friendly! My wife doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry, but she saw a necklace she liked here, and it was a pleasure doing business with them! Highly recommend!
