I have had my auto and home insurance with Allstate for 32 years (which I would not recommend to anyone.) Allstate wanted to raise my rates significantly for no apparent reason other than the excuse that insurance has gone up. I am so happy that I reached out to Eagen Insurance and spoke with Marco! Marco was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Marco is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer any of my questions. Thank you Marco for the great service. I started my process with Martha, initially I was challenging, snarky and indignant.Martha was calm, explanatory, and ultimately, still treated me with respect and compassion. Martha assisted me through a difficult process and I received my insurance at a phenomenal price, quickly! I love this place. Thank you Eagen! Especially you Martha. Recently called around for auto insurance, I am a driver with a few past accidents and some speeding tickets but Marco Amin managed to get me an amazing quote and when I went to others they informed me that I would need to wait so many days, he was able to get me a quote and email me with temporary insurance paperwork so that I could get everything done and my insurance by the next day! I literally had the quote within a hour or less and accepted, which he finished the policy by the end of the day and covered by morning!!! Dishonest and unloyal to their long term clients. Increase rates without warnings. Economical recently increased their rates again. Absolutely pathetic customer service and transparency.
