Good pricing.Friendly staffUnits are dirty though. We have an inch of dust on all our belongings because the doors do not have dust protection. Management didn't seem to care. Instead of a discount they decided to put a wood block under the door which made it worse.

Decided to go with Mini Mall because the service on the phone was so good when I called for info and prices. Lana was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. Would recommend!

When I started renting here, it was great. Management were helpful and polite, and the rent was reasonable. About two years ago new owners came in, and decided they would get greedy and have been jacking the price up every few months. Not only that but they've instituted a new payment system whereby you cannot pay online until the 1st of the month! So unless you have an alarm on your phone to pay exactly on that day, they will start telling you you're overdue!! Very Scammy.I now pay more than $100 more per month than when I started!! There's really no overhead for this kind of business so clearly they've somehow mismanaged their finances and now are either making us pay for it, or they're just being extremely greedy and using Covid/inflation as an excuse....Inflation didn't go up 50% in the last 2-3 years, so where they get the idea they can just jack the prices up and simply send us a notice oh hey

I have had zero problems with this company since obtaining a storage unit with them. Friendly staff, also very helpful. Good hours. Key pass is very convenient for entry. Very decently priced and you usually get a discount if you pay for a few months upfront (I believe 6 months - 1 year, I'd would just call them to confirm their promotions, I also think it's listed on their website)Highly recommend!

Only took off points because couldn't get in my locker anytime it snowed
