I found what I wanted solely because I did the digging. The manager (?) Was a gentleman who sat on the cash desk, with his back to the entrance and only moved to ring me through. I got a brief hello, and that was it... laziness at it's finest. I literally only shop here as it's my most convenient location to go to, otherwise I wouldn't bother. No wonder retail is struggling, if this is the level of customer care" given."

Hate this location and staff very rude and store was mislabeled and they would not honor the posted sign. I contacted the website to file a complaint and they also didn't really care. Won't be back.

Quality products at this store and was able to get all the products that I was looking for. Although I had a little interaction with the staff except when paying for the goods, they were courteous.The prices are also very friendly for the products and the sales was sales indeed. I will highly recommend this retail store for children clothings and shoes.

This happened over a year ago, but it still upsets me. You can clearly see I’m an aboriginal person, and this isn’t about the staff but how they handled it and treated me after the situation.I was shopping minding my own business, when another lady shopping was looking over my shoulder assuming I was stealing. I got angry and we started arguing because she assumed it was okay to violate peoples personal space like this and discriminate strangers, like she had nothing better to do. (She admitted she didn’t work there and her excuse was “it’s a free country” so she can act like this if she wants to).After this happened and the lady left, the cashier left the til and refused to come back to help me pay for my things after she seen the commotion. I waited for nearly 2 minutes until a different worker came and helped me because she wouldn’t (she was standing around having an unrelated conversation by the doors completely ignoring my presence). It was like she sided with the racist lady because I was very upset and didn’t know how to handle it. If anything, these workers should have told this lady to leave me alone and let me shop in peace.This woman had the audacity to say I was trying to scare her by confronting her. I chose to confront her, so that maybe next time she will think twice before making people uncomfortable. This was not okay, and this woman is a contributor to racism.

I've been shopping here for a while for my little ones and was happy with the service until now. I had bought a pair of shoes for my little one and unfortunately, the receipt was destroyed (it happens). The shoes were not worn and still attached to their original packaging. I tried to return them because I had accidentally bought the wrong size. They refused the return even though it's their product with their name on it, unused (the way it's attached to the packaging, you can't use them and put them back). I would've gladly exchanged them for a larger size or taken a store credit since I spend a lot of money there. I will no longer spend my money there in case something like this happens again, I will not risk it.

Last two years nothing to buy in this store. Quality and appearance very low. Honestly, to me like Gipsy farmers market.

Staffs are very rude and not helpful!!!!They didn't honor the online price match ,they said to order online and come back.The store is so messy and poor customer service.

This children's place location was horrible. There was no staff whatsoever, and they didn't have what we were looking for even though it said that they did on the website. No one greeted us, and there was no one to talk to about our questions. We walked in and out unnoticed. Will not be returning back here anytime soon.

Went in to exchange clothes , lady at till was very unpleasant, rude. I left all the clothing at the till since they didn’t have any of it in bigger size, and told her to donate it to someone or give it away for free to the next customer. Never going back here again , they need to hire ppl who like working and who appreciate the job.

Most prices are incredibly expensive. Looks like some prices are purposely made higher then be put on sale so it will look like you saved alot (online experience).
