Over the years I have had the True North Maintenance crew to do carpet cleaning, flooring and junk removal. The team is very efficient at everything they do and the jobs done are top notch. I would highly recommend for any job. I trust their workmanship and ability to get the job done well.

I had nothing but nice things to say about this company at first, but here we are one year out and I am now being ignored by this company. After having 2 contractors, who were meant to fix all the little issues that arose, stop showing up we now are forced to go pay another company to finish/fix the remaining issues left from their work. It's unfortunate because in the beginning they were very courteous and responsive. Now I'm left with unanswered text messages, emails and voice messages. Not even the decency to inform me that they will no longer honor the fixes they initially promised to tend to. I will never be using this service again and would not recommend due to terrible customer service
