Best tanning salon in Windsor..IMO...They treat you like a valued customer..kind...respectful.courteous..they have nice large tanning beds, there salon is very clean.

The lady at the front desk sold me a bottle of tanning lotion that was meant for advanced tanners knowing I’m a beginner for $141 total with taxes and gave me 90 minutes free tanning. After talking with coworkers I found out that the bottle I bought retails for $30-70 online and that other tanning salons offer a full month of free tanning when you purchase a bottle of $80+. I went in today to ask for a refund and she said she couldn’t and asked what was wrong with the bottle. When I told her that I feel like I was a little ripped off and that other salons have better offers she was extremely rude and told me that was not true and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I politely told her it’s fine if she can’t give me a refund but that other places do offer free months of tanning and told her multiple times that I did not want to argue with her. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t arguing, she was “setting me straight” and then brought a customer into the conversation trying to gang up on me telling me that thinking I could get a month free tanning with the purchase of a bottle somewhere else is ridiculous and does not exist. I used up my free minutes and I will never go back. That lady is so rude and unprofessional, she also has no idea what she’s talking about clearly.I went to Tantalize today and had the best experience ever and heard first hand from the girls that work there that they do offer a month free tanning on $80 bottles, and for the $144 I spent on the bottle from Caribbean, I would’ve received three months of free tanning.

Yvonne is amazing. She is very pleasant and answers all your questions truthfully. Highly recommend this business.

The owner is an incredible person and all the staff are super helpful. Always deals abound for minutes and good lotions. Always tidy and good vibe. Never wait long

My husband and I were blown away by the customer service we received today. Yvonne welcomed us to her salon and made us feeling like family. We are looking forward to returning. Yvonne even called us by name as we were leaving. This made us feel special. My only regret is that we didn’t join sooner.

Great Salon. Staff are wonderful. Prices are high. Although there on par with every other tanning salon. It's the owner and staff that keeps me going back. Very clean as well.

The loveliest lady runs this place! I used to visit all of the time when I was a teen but needed to come back pre-wedding to get my glow. She remembered me, gave a free tan for returning and a stellar deal for myself to get more minutes (which I split with my friend!) Every new member gets a first free tan and the owner is super knowledgeable about how long to go and which beds to use. Everything is updated inside and they even now offer spray tans. Worth a visit!!
