Good place to work

The food in the packaging is rotten and they disregard all the food . Also they treat their employees inhumanly not giving them the same wages for the same work and not properly scheduling their breaks . They are giving these people back breaking jobs without proper pay . They also mistreat their staff horribly one women needed to use the restroom and the manager went into the bathroom and harassed the women . The labour board has been informed and will be taking action these people have no right to treat humans this way and they deserve karma at its best . Looking forward to the labour board confronting these people

Great Moral

This company's owner has a horrible reputation of mistreating employees and having them work 12 hour shifts with minimal breaks of 30 minutes. The cost of the food that is being produced here comes at the expense of the workers' health and mental state. Hiring people who are new to the country or unable to stand up for themselves due to language barriers to ensure that employees are suppressed from securing their basic rights is also abhorrent. I really am glad for all the people who had to leave this workplace and had moved on to much better jobs with a more humane environment.My advice to the owner: stop taking advantage of your employees and skirting around the rules of the Employment Standards Act.
