Rideau Hall Grounds
Nice place to see but due to Covid 19 every thing was closed except park for visitors. It was beautiful during fall colors.

Beautiful Park with lots of ceremonial trees planted by famous world leaders. There is also a lot of public art that was gifted by the indigenous Nations or commemorative of past Canadian leaders. The grounds are kept immaculate and it is a great place to walk around. Anyone can enjoy the gardens. You do not need to visit Rideau Hall itself. There is lots of free street parking around the garden as well.

Beautiful spot to take a nice walk. Make sure to take time to read the commemorative plaques while you wander around the park.

This is a nice place to go, even for locals. I try to go once a year with the kids as it is something they like to do and see the changing of the guard which occurs every hour during the summer. Parking around the streets is free as well.

Fall Colours on full Display! Visited on the Thanksgiving long weekend. Expansive grounds to tour and visit. Go on a guided tour of Rideau Hall as well! Very enjoyable!

Delightful and fun place. We spent time looking at all the trees planted by world leaders. Come here and go find the tree planted by John Kennedy. After finding that, perhaps you can find Jacqueline's.

This is a beautiful park leading to Rideau Hall which is currently closed for renovation. It felt serene despite the presence of other people.

The Rideau Hall Grounds are especially well-kept and beautiful grounds at any time of the year. I personally enjoy coming here for picnics to enjoy the feeling of nature right in the city, to play frisbee or ball, and to go for some leisurely strolls on the grounds. A plus that you can brush up on your Canadian history here at the same time.
