I am going to write this review as an employee. I had bitter experience working for Glaswood Industry. they don't pay overtime rate even I worked sometimes more than 44 hours.they just pay me straight my hourly rate.i faced verbal harassment from some employee. they don't have a written policy posted on any board about work place safety ,MSDS OR WORK PLACE VIOLENCE.owner promised me that I am going have a raise and medical insurance benefit after 3 months which I never received.sexual harassment was a ongoing issue from some employee.they need to train their employee about workplace safety, harassment and rules and regulation.some of the employee even smoke inside the production floor.very depressing atmosphere.not recommend anybody to work there.production manager was a wrong choice for his post.he doesn't know anything about work place rules and regulation.felt like they were running a business from their backyard or from their garage.they are not eligible to run a business in mainstream. they should keep this type of business in their garage or in their backyard. OK Steve this is a fun place to work for you,no doubt. when you are the nephew of the owner. you are the same guy who picked up a 8/9 years old girl( grand daughter/daughter) of two different employees and dumped her inside a blue garbage bin ( inside the production floor) along with your brother .off course it is a fun place to work. I have seen that little girl's frightened face when I rescued her from that garbage Bin. you don't know anything about a work place's rules and regulation. all you know, end of the week to get a paycheck just log in to ministry of labor's website and see what you can do and what you cannot do in the work place.this is not your uncle's kitchen that you can do what ever you want.thank you.wild imagination .may be it is yours . And you claimed you worked there for 7 years .why didn't you post your comment before . can't you show your appreciation before or you just forgot .it's sounds like you read my comment and then make up things .I am not living in a imaginery world .may be you are.thank you.
