This cafe is a Hong Kong style restaurant and also with an American sports bar. It's very popular during the World Cup Soccer with live TV broadcast. This time, we were here for breakfast. The menu is full of choices and the prices are reasonable. The food is fairly good and their wings are tasty. Should come back for beer and wings on a sports occasion.

One of the OG Hong Kong cafes in Markham! They’ve been around since ‘Market Village’ days, IYKYK. Prices are super affordable and great for when you’re craving late night comfort food. It’s undeniable that many people come here for their famous chicken wings, which you can pair with a drink special (pitcher of your choice). I personally love their yeung chow fried rice and Russian borscht that comes with a warm sweet bun.Many of the items on the menu also come with a free hot drink, or cold with addtl charge. They also promote a 10% discount on your birthday with ID.

I am rarely in the area and I haven't visited Hollywood Café in the past couple of years, so I thought I would drop by to see how much they have changed. When I got there at 7pm on a Wednesday evening, I was greeted by one of the staff asking for the number of people in my party... I waited for 5 minutes staring at empty tables only be greeted by another staff asking me how many"?The place was not busy and yet I had a hard time trying to get the attention of a server to place my order and ask for utensils. The staff I interacted with were polite and friendly... just that they were really hard to reach.Took a while for the food to arrive and they weren't too appetizing - the Singapore noodle was too spicy

Food was very good. Many different options on the menu for breakfast. Price was inexpensive for how much food you get. Service was excellent. Will definitely be coming back again.

Came for their wings and beer combo, but despite how good of a deal it is, we probably won't return for that because it honestly didn't taste that good. I definitely would come back for their regular Chinese food, because the quality of those have always been consistent. Other than that, the service was good and there are plenty of seats available.

Pretty disappointing, I haven't been back here in a while but the quality of food really dropped. Ordered the Portuguese baked chicken rice, and as you can see in the photo it was literally the most basic Portuguese baked chicken rice I've ever had. It was only chicken and white rice, usually restaurants have a little potato or veggies at least. And there was barely any cheese, and it was baked for like 1 second. We also got the beef fried noodles, and they put way too much soy sauce so it was really salty. Lots of better HK cafes out in the Markham area so won't be coming back

We made reservations in advance for brunch. I had the satay beef vermicelli combo. The egg and ham was uninteresting. The satay beef vermicelli was good. The hk milk tea was a bit bitter.My friend's food was average and didn't really finish it.My friend's food didn't come until we were ready to leave. They practically only have two servers running the place.Stick with with the combo deals and avoid other foods.

The food was good. A decent variety of different types of food. I was here with a large group and they accommodated us well, they were decently fast with the food too. We shared everything so we could try it all. The HK spaghetti was different but very good. The wings and onion rings were decent. The Ramen noodles wasn't what we expected, as there was no soup with it but it was fine. The mixed plate was the best bang for your buck and was good. The black peppercorn sauce has a bit of a kick. If u love black pepper, you'll love this. I enjoyed a few bites but couldn't eat a whole plate of this as it was overpowering. The 20 wings deal for 10 bucks was good until i found out u needed to get a pitcher of pop or beer. The pitcher was pricier at 25 bucks. With the beer and wing combo it was a wash and seemed regular price by the end of it. Overall good place and I'd go back again to try other dishes.

My go to place for late dinner or late night snacks. A lot of choices to choose from and the prices are very affordable. Taste was just average.
