DHL Service Point

Very disappointed with the service. Our package has a problem with the customs in the Philippines because DHL wiinipeg didn't scan the 2nd page of our invoice. This is the 2nd time happen to us but surprisingly DHL is asking us to provide them a copy of our invoice even though they know that they never provide any copy of what ever we have given them.

Package was on hold for delivery because I needed to pay the payment — I never got the on hold notice until the seller called me. Then on the website for payment, they need to send you one time code in your message for verification, yet, the passcode never arrived. Horrible company with horrible technology to handle payments. How about asking for payment when actually delivering the package?

Worst service ever!!!! Didn’t follow instructions for buzzer, asked for it to be sent to a service point then sent to the wrong service point. Customer service said I could get it from the location it was at and then it was sent back to the warehouse. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Customer service is no help whatsoever. Do not use them

Extremely dissatisified with my experience. The DHL People are not communicating with each other which has resulted in my package not getting delivered and mixing up when the delivery is supposed to be made. This is not due to Covid but pure incompetence. The staff were also incredibly rude for their mistakes. They did not own it at all. DO NOT USE, unless you want to lose your package.

NEVER GO THERE!! I dropped a package, they never give anything that shows you dropped it! Your package can easily be stolen! Do not use express points! I have a really bad experience with one package and I will hate if other will have it too.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I recently sent a photo ID to someone using DHL Express, but it never arrived without explanation and is still not being sent back to me. I informed them that this was a very important item for me, and that it was supposed to arrive on December 7th, but it has now been nine days with no update, and their customer support team has consistently promised to call me the following day, but this has never happened. I never imagined that DHL's customer service could be that bad. I wish i get back this item and this is the very last time for me to send something through DHL and i will try my best to aware more people not to send something through DHL. They are continuously lying to me. It is not about where i send it from matter is totally DHL is bad like a scam. Trust me i am thinking might be they lost my item. :)

I came here at 4:10 and the was a sign up that said “will be back in 15 minutes”. An hour and a half later and nobody showed up.

They close at 6:30…. Not impressed, especially after driving 30 minutes there and back.

Godawful service. Complete chaos here, avoid at all costs and expect long waits if you go. The employee kept my license, then called me to tell me. When I went back he was on break" and I had to wait another twenty minutes for him to return. A joke of an operation.Oh and I forgot to mention that while I was there
