Janome Canada Ltd.

I have been using Janome machines now for a little over two years and I have six of them. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these machines to anybody. They're not Hardy enough and for every hour and a half of sewing it takes me 20 minutes to rethread them when the threads break. I wish I had stuck with baby lock

I attended an educational session at the Janome Sewing and Learning Center hosted by the Janome and Sew 4 Home Teams. The session was very informative, content was clearly explained, and they were very helpful. Even though the class went over the scheduled time (I didn’t mind at all), the team took the time required to ensure that all the content was presented to the class. I look forward to attending future educational sessions.

I recently attended the Skill Builder Workshop at the Janome education Center. Michael Smith and Liz Johnson gave excellent hands on demonstrations on a variety of sewing techniques. I highly recommend the Janome Education Centre and look forward to future educational seminars.

I enjoy my Janome Skyline S6 and the service I get at my local sewing retailer. I have never had problems with the threading or with performance. I am looking to upgrade my machine as I love some of the newly added features.

I have an HD 1000 and it's been terrible. I dont know if I got a bad machine or if this is just the standard of quality but the machine is so finicky that it literally only is good for straight stitching fabric together. The machine's bobbin compartment is finicky and hard to get together if you need to clean it or pick out a stuck thread. It does not adapt well to other presser feet like the free stitching foot ( applicable to the machine). And the feed dig assembly is really loose, it feels like its missing a screw or something almost. I regret buying this honestly, it's been a huge disappointment.

Yay, Janome Canada! Thanks for the great visit. I loved being at Janome Canada for our Sew4Home Trunk Show and Workshop on May 5-6, 2023. A great team to work with and wonderful folks who were able to spend a bit of their weekend with us. We even got to play on and learn more about the amazing MC17. A good time had by all!!

Janome is by far the best. Nothing but love and appreciation for Janome.
