I took the IELTS test in this center and i am completing satisfied with the experience that i had. The staff were very welcoming and amenities were neat and clean.

I recently had an excellent experience at an IELTS center. The exam was easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this center for its accessibility and supportive atmosphere.

I took an IELTS exam at the Vaughan branch of Xyna international school. I want to say was very bad, because the exam place was very non-standard, noisy place etc. Also regarding the speaking exam because the examiner was wearing a mask I could not hear exactly what he said. Totally my recommendation is to find another IELTS exam center.

Very poor management.. no one ever answer call..i have been trying to contact for last 3 days..I at lest called 100 times but no one ever reply,.the worst thing is there is no option to leave voice mail bcz its already full. Also, they are not replying to emails. I applied for additional TRF before 2-3 months , they never send it to my institution. So, I’m trying to contact as my institute wants it as soon as possible and Xyna international not replying. I have very bad experience with xyna international school’s management so, I will never ever suggest anyone to take IELTS from that. ..so frustrating ..they don’t value your time and don’t believe in quality service..

IELTS should close this ASAP. these guys are scammers. do not book your test here.

Not so good experience in speaking section of IELTS exam at woodbridge centre. Examiner was wearing a mask and there was glass separator between her and test taker which resulted in very low voice and keywords were getting lost in between. Look for alternates.

Really helpful staff. Great experience. Grace is extremely professional, polite and friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor environment and equipment at your testing center.I was extremely frustrated when the door of the testing room was opened during the exam. This caused a distraction and made it difficult for me to concentrate on my exam. It is essential to maintain a quiet environment during these exams since they are time-restricted, and every moment counts.

Please take caution.I got a test registration confirmation email from the test centre (Xyna International, 155 Red Maple Rd, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 4P9, Canada) and around a week before the test they told me that the seat was no longer available. Then I had to go to another city to take the test; however I already booked the hotel and couldn’t get a refund. I went to another test centre (Xyna International, 180 Winges Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L 6C6, Canada) and got a phone call that I needed to come in for my speaking test 30mins before the scheduled registration time while I was eating because the time I scheduled was apparently after they close for the day. I was told that I couldn’t not take the test unless I left my jacket outside even though I said I was cold. I got stomach cramps during the exam, because I have a sensitive stomach. I asked the staff if I could borrow a jacket from them (in case they thought I wanted to cheat) and the request was refused. The instructor for listening, reading, and writing tests had a strong accent, which I found really difficult to understand. Overall, both test centres are unorganized and disappointing.
