We bought a right hand drive Honda Acty from them and when we were looking they told us that they have parts and service the vehicles and that they can ship parts. We saw value in that because we live far away and we purchased from them. Now the door handles don't work and they don't have parts. They have been terrible anytime we've needed parts and have been no help at all.Edited to respond to the reply: the last email we received was on Nov 24, 2020 from Serge about an axle. We have called at least 6 times, with no call back.

Picked up a beautiful 2003 Subaru Legacy 2.0GT Spec B from Velocity, Brandon was very informative and patient while I was there, making it a comfortable and easy experience! Great people selling great cars, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a JDM car.

Amazing cars and customer serviceWe were looking for a Delica, and after visiting two other cars dealers in the Lower Mainland, a friend of ours recommended us to go to Velocity cars. I have to say that I was impressed by the huge choice of cars, their quality, as well as the service. Luis took care of us and showed us the different models, compared them, opened cars and hoods. He was knowledgeable, answering very specific questions and showing us how to be able to see by ourselves. We noted that all the Delicas have brand new snow tires (we were in October and this was not the case at the two other dealerships we visited before for the same price). We tried two Delicas (very different price and options) with success: we were able to choose easily the one that was best suiting our needs (we were offered to show the car to a professional of our own to get an other opinion). During the whole decision process, Luis was discrete yet helpful. The purchase went smoothly and he was able to advise us on insurance and maintenance questions. A representative of ICBC came to us with the park plates we had chosen. Velocity offers an excellent after sale service. After the purchase, Luis stayed available for us, answered our questions and gave us advice when needed. I had specific requests (for example I wanted to know what parts to bring with us on an extended road trip), and he sent me a super detailed email to help me plan. Last but not least, Velocity is not only a car dealer, it is also a mechanic shop. Therefore, they know how to pick the cars and prepare them for you to get the best experience, and they can also follow you through the life of your vehicule for its maintenance after purchase, especially in this niche market of imported cars (they know how to get the parts and what are the characteristics of your vehicle).I highly recommend Velocity and Luis for your car needs.

Nice selection of cars and friendly staff. Cars are sold as-is, literally as when they arrive from Japan, no professional detailing job. I didn’t end up getting the car as we were not able to reach a deal. They didn’t seem whiling to fix some obvious problems with the car, or lower the price so I could get them fixed myself.

We very successfully purchased our Toyota van from VeloCity Cars, and drove it more than 4000 km in Ontario on our own.The car is in excellent condition, as stated by the seller and indicated in the ad, photos on the website and video on their youtube channel. When an inspection in our town was carried out before registering with the Ontario Service, the auto service shop said that this car was really in Very Good Condition!Nikola and Marcelo were always polite, answered a lot of our questions by email and phone, not only Before the Sale, but also After they were always ready to help! All the necessary documents were issued to us immediately after the purchase! Also, right in their office, we were assisted in obtaining temporary insurance and temporary permit to travel to our province.When we had some questions, they were quickly resolved by Manager Serge.Great car, great communication and great sellers! I had a wonderful experience checking out Velocity cars for a potential van for my Business. They have quite a large amount of imported cars that are so fun and interesting. I did a test drive with a Honda Vamos.. super fun to drive!!I was in contact with Nikola and I have to say he made the whole process so easy from our first conversation to going over everything. Although I did not end up getting the car I came to check out. Nikola was so patient with me, and gave me so much information on the car I came to check out and any other car that I had an interest in.Thank you so much for your time. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a different type of car.

I primarily dealt with Marcelo, who I highly recommend for his patience, honesty and easy to talk to" character. He listened well and answered all my questions pre and post sale.
