Replaced battery at Deckers BurnabyAfter 4 months battery diedThey did not wanted to replace it even though it still in warranty 3 yearsThey said it is the alternator, it is not correct, it is wrongI went to alternator specialist and tested it, they said it is working fine. I have a photo of voltage outputBad serviceI will never go again to deckers Burnaby and dont recommend it at all

Very happy to say I have found a trusted mechanic! I had the compressor replaced in my 2011 Honda CRV. The price was reasonable and came in as quoted. But the service was above and beyond expectations! He noticed the baby seat in the car and went so far as cleaning the mats, whick was desperately needed and totally unexpected! If I need any repairs in the future, Deckers will definitely be my go to mechanic!

These guys took the time to evaluate my vehicle at no charge and were honest with me that it wasn't worth the cost of the repairs. They turned down business in order to steer me in the right direction and it is really appreciated! I'll be a customer for sure when I get a new vehicle!

Best mechanic EVER! The team at Decker's is so kind and honest. Wayne recommended some cars for us to check out when we were searching for a new vehicle, and then he gave us a pre-purchase inspection. When we were waiting for our car to be ready, another customer who came in stopped to chat with us about how amazing Decker's is. The service at Decker's is friendly and trustworthy, and we are so thrilled to have a place we can count on!

I was very happy with the brake line job along with Wayne and his staffs' professionalism. As something of a mechanic myself (in a different industry), Wayne is one of the few mechanics I'd trust my cars with. My family has had major work done on their vehicles here as well and were happy with it. I'll be back.
