The driver of this truck is very rude and disrespectful. He was parked in a no truck zone. And when asked to move shouted and blamed the company smellies for the issue . I hope someone teaches him how to read and understand signs. Bylaw has been notified and i hope they catch him .. rude disrespectful and very bad driver . 0 out of 10

Terrible service, I would rate them a zero. I have issues every ******* time I order from them. Wrong inks, they don't ship the chips for the inks, or simply don't ship the items at all when they say they can. They are not a reliable distributor whatsoever. Call Grimco they are better.

Arrived at 2:15pm delivering a load (in 53-ft trailer, not switching trailers) and left one hour later. Quiet yard with lots of space.

Convenient ordering. On-line ordering works very well, but for the trickier items the phone sales force is brilliant. Excellent selection, fair prices, deliveries are great. Resource centre is very useful. All-in-all this is a highly professional company carrying a huge range of products. We buy most of our paper and lf substrates from Spicers and will continue to do so.
