Technician was a true professional when dealing with my dishwasher issue. He was able to walk me through fixing the problem over the phone. I was very fortunate that he responded after contacting 4 other repairman, that honestly would have charged me just to come out for a simple problem. I will keep Technician in mind for any other issues and recommend him for any others.

We attempted to fix our dishwasher but we’re unsuccessful. Technician came to our rescue! He quickly diagnosed the issue that we had missed. Ordered the part and came back in for install. Wish we had called him sooner! He’s patient, explains things carefully and great communication on timelines. Highly recommend!

I requested a service for installation for washer and dryer and the guy told me for sure will come today and will let you know when we arrive. Nobody showed up and no answers. They could at least called and said when are they planning to come. Very unprofessional!

Godwin was super professional and a pleasure to work with. Trust worthy service and easy communications. He offered us budget friendly solutions and a warranty for both repairs. When ordering parts for our machines he kept us in the loop on Eta of delivery and let us choose budget friendly parts or brand name parts, letting us choose based on our priorities- making us feel a part of the process and a transparency that exceeded our expectations. 10/10 would recommend Godwins services.

Technician came out and installed a new microwave for us on a Saturday (no additional weekend charge). He's super nice and very good at what he does. Evidently, he's been working on appliances since he was 13 year. He also charged a very reasonable amount. Great job, great guy, great price. Sold! Thanks, AgA Services!

Technician was excellent!!! He came to look at our dishwasher the day after we contacted him, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part that day, received it the next day, and had it repaired on the third day. Highly recommend him for his timeliness, knowledge, quality of work and extremely reasonable charges.

The kindest, most hard working appliance guy I have ever had! Technician was amazing! He found and solved our fridge/freezer issue in no time and it was a very fair price! He was on time, he was extremely professional, and his knowledge was exceptional. He came out next day and fixed my issues. Honestly I will use him again and I will let the world know. Excellent excellent service!
