I’ve counted on Tim and Steve professionally and personally for the last 10 years for mold remediation and flooding (sewer back-up mitigation) for my homes and those of my family and friends. We had a basement flood and called Restoration 1 for help. Tim answered right away, even though it was 7am on Sunday, Father’s Day. He was here quickly, got started as soon as he arrived, and could not have been more reassuring. He is handling everything and coordinating with our insurance. We have (unfortunately) had several significant floods in our finished basement. The first time, I did a google search and called Tim Williams. He and his staff did such a great job I have called them back every time since. Tim is always professional, kind, helpful and caring. Plus, he and his team do excellent work! Our basement always looks like the flood never happens when they are finished. They took the time to educate me on the importance of quick restoration/disaster cleanup in order to preserve the materials in the home and for the health of our family.
