I recently had a filling done at Smile Town and was super nervous as I had never had a cavity before. Dr. Banni and Ally were amazing, it was filled with ease and even without freezing needed! My cleaning done a month or so ago was also a really great experience. The receptionist Jill is so friendly, and the environment is welcoming. Highly recommend!

My first experience with the office. I was amazed with everything, starting from receiving patients, no waiting, the hygienist was great , explained everything with a nice smile then the great dentist who did amazing job . I really appreciate the service and definitely I recommend this dental office to all my lovely family and friends ☺️

Had a great experience beginning to end. From being able to do forms and provide insurance information before hand to booking the appointment (and rebooking), appointments were on time and the kids were handled with so much care and age appropriately. It was incredible service all the way through.

This dental group is amazing! Dr. Bonnie and Ally are incredible. They explained everything to my daughter, went at her pace, they reassured her and were gentle.The front staff are wonderful and so kind. I really can't say enough about this office.Thank you!!

The staff here are friendly, informative, kind and compassionate. No wait time, a clean comfortable stylish waiting room. Dr. Bonnie is amazing along with her hygienist assistant, Ally. They make your experience peaceful,pleasant and memorable. They even sing quietly while working on me. It’s simply amazing. I recommend this dental office to all young or old.

Smile Town is by far the best dental practice out there!! All the staff are incredible. I have needed quite a bit of work done, and every single person has been wonderful! From my cleanings with Sam, dental work with both Dr Kapoor and Dr Banni, the very friendly assistants Alli and Laura and the lovely office staff. Everyone is amazing and goes over the top to make you feel comfortable! My whole family has had such a great experience here. My 4 year old daughter asks me often when she's gets to go back to the dentist! I am so happy I found Smile Town and can't thank you all enough!

Just moved to Grimsby and already glad I found Smile Town. From the friendly helpful compassionate staff to the top notch technology, the trip to the dentist is much less stressful now for me. I feel I am in great hands. Jill worked a few miracles to get my appointments scheduled. Lara did a great job cleaning my teeth, which are a bit sensitive. Dr Banni and the entire team really care about dental health!!
