My family doctor told me I could have procedures covered by OHIP and a guy there rudely said go ask your doctor to do your eye test for you then. So rude! This place’s always been a money grabber, asking you to do all those expensive procedures even though you don’t need them. Don’t go there!

DR. SO IS THE WORST OPTOMETRIST! Save your sanity and go somewhere else. He is rude and he doesn't care about his customers. He cuts you off when I tried to share my concerns with him about my eyes. My brother and his family already left with the same reasoning. He couldn't believe how mean and rude he was with his little kids. I will be leaving too. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYES!"

特别差劲。医生和护士都特别过分，我们怕迟到已经407开过来，门口没有停车位，我怕迟到叫7岁的孩子自己先进来。他们明明有医生在，就说小孩迟到1分钟，叫我们等到下午有空位再给孩子看。还把大门锁了，说医生休息了。以前他们经常给我改时间，预约8月份看眼睛，改到1月份，然后又改2月份。谁去谁傻

horrible Doctor, his practice charges extra for their supposite full eye exam, which is apparently $98 and he uses the free eye exam you have every year from the government. I will be filing a complaint with the association, for malicious business practices.

Don't come here!!! I had the worst experience with Dr. Lau, she told me that my astigmatism disappeared but when I bought the glasses they were totally off. I couldn't even drive because of her terrible prescription. Go to a better optometrist office that actually knows what they're doing and not just trying to sell you hard lenses.

Their time management is very very bad. My daughter waited more than one and half hour to get the checkup. The receptionist is over work and did not care about how long you wait, just keeping telling you to wait.
