Fantastic service from the team at Kal Tire. They went above and beyond when I brought in my old 600k Toyota. I know it wasn't the easiest thing to work on but they really came through for me.

UPDATE: down to 1 star, said they would call when they have another tire in so we had a spare (running without a spare right now). No calls from them at all.Disappointing customer service for RV tire service. The online system may let you book an appointment but what it doesn't tell you is its first come first serve for RVs so your appointment time is meaningless. Took two visits so far to even get the trailer looked at.

Brutal servicing if you like waiting hrs on end for basic servicing. I booked my appointment for 230 pm. Couldn't help noticed it was nearly 330pm and my SUV still wasn't serviced. Just waiting there in the parking lot instead of the garage. I asked the servicemen what hold up was. Replied it would be another 1 hr before they could get to it, that they were running an HR behind.No buddy, you were 2 hrs behind. My appointment was at 230 pm not 430 pm and probably another hr on top of servicing it. What's the point of book appointments if your incapable of honouring them. This places runs like first come first serve".The lady before me had her winter tires swapped out and couldn't find where they misplaced them. She looked all over the parking lot like it was some Easter Egg Hunt until they realized they kept them in the garage.What a bunch of buffoons. Go elsewhere

Friendly service guy i spoke with but ,Very disappointed with the experience, I've been dealing with them for over 10 years and this will be the last time ,last time I came hear was the same problem . I called to make an appointment and he tells me to come now he's gonna squeeze me in before lunch ,I get there 10 minutes after the call @ 11:40 am ..only balancing needed here no tire change .they take the tires off my truck put them on the ground and go for lunch from 12 to 1 it is now 1:20 ive watched my 4 tires/rims sit by the machine for an hour with no one working on my truck and I am still sitting in here the tires are still off the truck.and hour and 40 minutes later for balancing and not done so ..2hrs if I'm lucky before I'm out of here ..

I rate this location a 2 star because they were able to change the tires on the day that they said they could. They beat the lowest price that I found by 5%. But when I arrived, the guy I spoke with said the tires I ordered weren't there at the shop, he had to go talk to someone to find where my tires were. Waiting was as expected 2 hrs first come first serve basis. I paid and went home. I got home and opened the tire bags that my tires came in from the shop to realize that the summer tires were not mine. Not same brand or size. I had to double check the winter tires that were put on to see it they were the correct ones I ordered. Reported the issue to the location and have been waiting days for a call back with the whereabouts of my tires. If I decide to go back I will definitely be double checking my tires before I leave. Busy season, but K.I.S.S. keep track of your tires. It's your only job!

Made an appointment for 10am on Saturday. Came in and was told there was no appointment made. They “fit” my boyfriends truck in and we were told they would call when finished. It’s now 9pm, got no call so did a drive by to find out they finished the truck same day and left the winter tires in the bed of the truck facing the street where ANYONE could have stolen them. Not to mention they’re not open on Sunday’s so the tires would have been out for another full day to get stolen. All they had to do was call to pick up the truck. Absolutely pathetic.

Been at many Kal Tires, this was my first time in Acheson as I wanted to change over snow tires and this location was earliest appointment. I don’t generally fill out these ratings, but feel compelled as I was genuinely impressed. They were not right on time, but you could see the employees hustling on every vehicle in the bays which were full. Very clean shop, and the employees on my vehicle were working steady and had a hustle in their step. Definitely will make this my go to in the future, even though it’s a farther drive.
