This is the only repair shop that I trust! My family and I have had several of our products fixed at this location. They offer the best prices and such quality service. We've had both Macbook's and iPhone's fixed here. I personally interacted with Michael - he is definitely the master of his craft. I had some issues with. my repair the first time and while it did take some time and additional trips to rectify it, I am very happy with the result. They offer 30 day warranty on all repairs so you know they are confident in their abilities.

Went in to ask questions regarding my Mac Air and some accessories to charge my iPhone. Robin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and changed the battery on my Mac in about 15 minutes. I am very pleased with his work and I'm confident I will return to DMac if every I need anything else done for my Apple products.

Awesome experience at DMAC! Had a water damaged iPhone and bought it in for Rob to take a look. He wouldn’t charge anything to diagnose and took apart the phone right in front of me. He gave me options for the fix and fixed it right then and there; even threw in a few freebies too! Glad to have found someone knowledgeable like Rob!

I’ve been a customer of this shop for many years, every time they fixed my phone and my mom’s with efficiency. Staffs are all professional and well-mannered. Today I was there again to have my iPhone 6 Plus battery changed. I’m so happy with their service. I still remember last year around November, my phone was down, of course I was down too, but they managed to fix it and said since it was just a very minor problem so they did not charge me for the service. I was so grateful so I brought them a box of chocolates during Christmas. I feel so blessed that I found this shop years ago! Wish them fruitful business!

Robin and Michael are very friendly and offer top notch service.I get all my Apple products repaired here and they offer fair pricing and have great advice. Definitely I would recommend them for all your mac/ Apple repair needs / upgrades etc.

Dmac standstill in Richmond for a really long times. There must be a reason. The service is great. Price reasonable. Find them trade in old Apple stuff is a good choice.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue on my old MacBook Pro and charged a very reasonable price for the fix. Even cleaned the laptop up a bit. Way better than the Apple Store!

Words cant even describe how happy I am.My macbook was among the recalled so my display was dead. Apple said they couldnt do anything since I was 5 months late to get it fixed for free. They quoted me $700, and london drugs quoted me almost $1k. Dmac charged me a fraction of this!Michael from Dmac knew RIGHT AWAY what the issue was. Extremely knowledgable and friendly!After 24 hours, my beloved 7 year macbook was back to normal. This is even faster than quoted which was two days. Wow!I am SO happy with the service, price, and overall just so glad to have my laptop back. Thank you DMAC + Michael! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE
