I had a great experience, they did a good job but at the end when I went to pay they put the option to add a tip! We have to tip AC cleaning people now? I did refer them to a friend who used them but he was not asked at the end to add a tip, I don’t like the fact that they added that at the end, I was paying them for a service that I believe is not entitled to ask for tips and their inconsistency is what will make me not refer them in future.

The technician is very knowledgeable and efficient.He did the job with care and made sure everything is working fine before leaving. The AC is now clean and works much better than before.Thanks for the job well done!

From a work standpoint, everything went well and the workers were very friendly.At the end, we were handed a machine to pay. About $400 for 2 hours of work. Ok no problem. But then the worker tells us “tip is not included” and i notice there is an option for 15, 18, or 20% tip on the machine. Made for such an bad end to a nice experience up to that point. $400 for 2 hours of work and you ask for a tip? Pay your employees!Will not use this company again since they must not pay their workers adequately. Sad because the worker was very nice and friendly. Tipping culture has gotten out of hand. Will use Group Qualinet next time

A+ service from Aziz and the rest of the team we hadn't cleaned our ducts in the 7 years we've been at our place so it was time and they did a very thorough job, it was a serious operation with air compressor and each vent party individually cleaned. Our air exchanger filters and motor were cleaned too. Definitely recommend

A friend who previously used to work for them recommended their services when I wanted to install a wall-mounted thermo pump to replace my AC wall-mounted unit. Throughout the entire process, DuraClim was very responsive, courteous and always ready to answer my questions. I installed a Gree wall-mounted unit and the price was right compared to all other quotes I got - good value for the product that they offer. It’s a young team but they are definitely high on the list of customer service.
